The Beach Body Design Team offers you talented trainers, each with their own areas of expertise. Together, we offer diversity in program development and the ability to train you in the most forward thinking techniques and innovations in exercise including Pilates, strength conditioning, flexilibilty, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and stability core conditioning, weight loss and nutrition. We work with clients of all ages and fitness abililties. All of our clients receive the individual attention and quality service we have been providing since 1986. History
Established in 1986.
We started Beach Body Design in 1989 to fill the needs of clients that needed a more personal approach and hands on help with their fitness programs than the «big box» fitness centers could provide. Over the years we have helped hundreds of people just like you reach their fitness and wellness goals. We have seen the trends come and go and we know what works! We have hand selected a very talented team of trainers that are knowledgeable, caring and expert at program development that will fit the needs of each individual we work with at Beach Body Design.

Business Owner
I started Beach Body Design Pilates and Personal Training Studio in 1989. I saw a need for individual training for the many people that had physical limitations that a group exercise class or gym trainer could not address. I have been in the health and fitness industry since 1982 starting out with a local athletic club as an aerobic instructor. I became the head of instructors in 1986 and implemented the ongoing training and education of the instructors as well as working in sales, accounting and management of the facility. At Beach Body Design we have several highly trained instructors developing health and fitness programs that include, pilates, strength and weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and stability using techniques that are chosen specifically for each client. Our goal is to provice our clients with individualized programs that will encourage and guide them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
