Established in 2004.

I started in the real estate industry back in 2004 as a Realtor but I soon found out that Home Loans were more my speed. I love crunching numbers and I am a perfectionist so putting together home buying plans was a no brainer! I like to think of applying for a mortgage as painting a picture. I show my clients how to turn their financial picture into a work of art to help them get the home they want!

My name is Julio, and I am a Mortgage Advisor. I’m not going to tell you how much I love my job because duh, why else would I choose to be in a demanding, high pressure, fast paced sales industry if I didn’t love it! I’m here because buying a home can be down right scary. But the process doesn’t have to be a roller coaster when you have some one who is committed to you and getting you your future home. I enjoy working with all types of people, whether new or experienced home owners. I especially like helping people in Long Beach because I live here. My kids go to Long Beach schools and so I make sure to give back to the Long Beach area through church and charity focusing on making this area a place that I can be proud of.

Where do I begin? Julio Sandoval is the BEST! I’ve dealt with numerous lenders in the past and none of them can compare to him. He always answers my calls, text messages, emails (unless he’s in a meeting but he always calls me right back). He is extremely knowledgable in different loan programs that will accommodate my client’s needs. If a problem ever arises with a loan he will not rest until he finds a solution. He is very passionate about his work and dedicates a lot of his time to our clients. I am so happy with his work that every time I deal with a new client I ALWAYS refer them to Julio. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail to my clients so they understand the Loan process completely and can feel confident when we start house hunting. As you can tell, I highly recommend him.

Julio was awesome from the beginning! Just like any new homeowner I had a ton of questions and concerns and he answered every text and phone call and explained the process until I was comfortable. Buying a home is stressful but Julio really went out of his way for me and made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. He even met with the inspector for the walk through when i couldn’t. Who does that? I really lucked out with this guy!

Julio at Alpine Mortgage recently assisted me while purchasing my FIRST home. He was my loan officer and was very knowledgable on all the programs to best suit me. One thing I appreciated about him is that he really lead the way for my real estate agent and all other parties evolved because he was so knowledgable and on top of EVERYTHING (deadlines, rates, fees: appraisal, HOA Docs, etc.)! Julio, always responded to my text, phone calls, and emails with urgency. He really made it seem like I was his top priority. MORE IMPORTANTLY, I gave him my budget for my mortgage and he made sure to get me their while locking in a good rate. I can not thank him enough for his passion and professionalism at what he does.
