The Los Alamitos-Rossmoor Branch Library is one of the 33 branches of OC Public Libraries. Come by the library or access our materials online. We have many options: books and ebooks, newspapers, magazines, large print, audiobooks (CD or online), CDs, DVDs, foreign language (Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and French), wifi access, 13 computers with Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, black & white printer ($.15 per page prints), photocopier, 8 plugs for laptop use, scanner, access to databases, and a used bookstore. All this and more!
History
Established in 1935.
OC Public Libraries was established in August of 1921. Los Alamitos first had an official library branch in 1935. In 1962 the current building was built with the branch being named the Los Alamitos-Rossmoor Branch Library. Now OC Public Libraries is 33 branches as well as an outlet in the Orangewood Children’s Home spanning Orange County.
