Our services include roof and rain gutter cleanings, chimney sweeping and dryer exhaust vents. It is important that you have at least a yearly chimney cleaning to keep your home safe from fire hazards. When a chimney isn’t routinely cleaned out it develops deposits of creosote and unburned soot and ash. These unburned can block off the airflow through your chimney and catch on fire causing damage to the chimney, if not the entire house.

Rain gutter cleaning is a form of preventative maintenance that can actually prolong the life of your home. Gutters perform the very important function of draining hundreds of gallons of water off your roof. This helps prevent water from getting inside your house as well as preventing foundation damage.

One of the biggest signs that your dryer vent could be clogged is when your clothes or towels take more than one complete cycle to dry. Another sign is when the top of your dryer is hot to the touch, this can be caused by the extra heat trapped inside because of clogged vent restricting the air flow. If you haven’t cleaned at least once a year its definitely time to have it done.

Established in 2010.

My family owned a rain gutter company on the peninsula for many years maybe even the biggest rain gutter company in California. My grandparents sold the business and that’s when Daniels cleaning services came to be.

Hello my name is Daniel Owens. I am the owner of Daniel’s Cleaning Services. I grew up here on the central coast area and have two kids – one boy (Daniel, Jr.) and one girl (Desiree). I went to Monterey High School where I wrestled for four years and track and field for three years. After high school I went to work for my grandfather (Jim Owens) in his rain gutter company. I started my own business in 2010.
