Couples Therapy and Men’s Counseling & Premarital Therapy

As a Couples Counselor, I help men and women to feel re-connected in their marriage. Are you feeling frustrated, confused, even resentful or angry? Are you beginning to lose hope? I can help you create a more satisfying, respectful, and loving relationship that you deserve.

For those who are on the cusp of making a lifelong commitment to marriage, I can help you explore the common concerns that come up at this time as well as any specific concerns you may have.

I invite you to contact me now and begin working toward a solid future together.

I have a great deal of respect for those who seek the help of a counselor. It takes courage to confront what is not working in our lives and our relationships. As a Men’s Counselor I understand the tendency to want to ‘handle’ our own problems. But when we are unsure how to work through a particular challenge or we are having difficulty communicating our concerns, counseling can provide clarity and develop options. As a men’s counselor nothing is more fulfilling than supporting men who make changes that improve their life as well as the lives of their wife and children.

Common concerns:

* Difficult or Unsatisfying Communication

* Feeling Misunderstood or Under-appreciated

* Feeling Disconnected from your spouse

* Feelings of Isolation or Inadequacy

* Expressing Anger appropriately

* Understanding Shame or Guilt

History

Established in 2013.

Often, we wait too long before seeking help with our troubles, believing we should be able to sort out problems on our own. While I understand this tendency, each day we struggle with unresolved problems creates a great deal of anxiety that only makes it more difficult to work towards effective solutions. Sometimes, we have lost touch with the strengths, skills, and resources that we have successfully used to solve our dilemmas. By harnessing these inherent strengths and past successes we can move forward toward satisfying solutions.
