Seattle’s best kept secret!!!
This little café is hidden in West Seattle, just off the bridge, on a grungy college campus, but don’t let it fool you; insides lies the best lunch you will ever have.
The facility is state of the art with excellent staff and a rotating menu with something new always coming up. The entire staff works tirelessly to ensure the highest quality experience from food to service, I’ve never been so impressed! Since it is part of a culinary program, prices are affordable ($ 3 – 9) and are comparable to $ 20+ establishments.
Before you go, make sure to check their Facebook page to find out the «word of the day.» Mentioning it makes all entrees only $ 5. Last seating at 12:50 pm.

Love this place. This is where I was trained and because it’s usually 4 – 6 $ I love it. West Seattle hidden treasure… Chef Hout is the man.
