Apex Arboriculture

A few years ago I used this aborist to help me with my unruley trees. The owner seems to only do a half assed job. He’ll come out and do an estimate, but he won’treturn calls or follow up with even coming back to do the work. When I have to keep calling someone to do work at my house for pay, then I may as well do the work myself. When I call that business to ask when they are coming out to do the work, I don’t normally expect them to hang up on me. When someone is a member of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of Certified Arborists, call me silly, but I expect some level of professionalism and better communication with clients. Good lawd, are we living in the cold war here?
Update: I called the ISA and this person is not a certified arborist. FYI, yet he puts it on his invoice.
