My face always feels SO good!
Kristine is always friendly and does a great job educating me on skin care. And, half the time I end up falling asleep while the masks are on because I’m so relaxed. I definitely recommend the hand and foot massage while they set!
I have been going here for over three years and trust Kristine with my skin!

I found Kristine through a Groupon deal a couple years ago and have been going back ever since! Just now FINALLY remembering to write a review for her, which is criminal, because she’s amazing! It’s just her, so there’s no middleman when scheduling appointments. I’ve had several times where I had to change my appointment and she has been able to accommodate my needs almost every time, even with more last minute changes. She goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable no matter what the service, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy! I’ve seen her for facials and waxing, and been very happy with both. She’s very professional, her space is spa-​like and very clean, and I also love the line of products she sells there! I can not recommend her enough!

I get the best facials here. The prices are reasonable if you buy packages. They have Saturday appointments and if you book ahead you can always get the time you want. Free parking in back. Definitely recommend.

She’s great and has a wonderful bed side manner. No matter what the service is she makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job.

I was very impressed by Kristine. She did a great job — gentle and knowledgeable. What I really liked is that she didn’t try to upsell or sell me her products or tell me how bad my skin was so I really needed to come in every 4 weeks. I highly recommend her for all ages. There is free parking there too. Next time I need a facial, I’ll go there.

Kristine is excellent! I have been to several different estheticians in search of someone who can «correct» the arch of my eyebrows to match one another, and FINALLY Kristine came along! I’m pretty good with a pair of tweezers, but I just couldn’t get it right.
I know everyone’s face is not symmetrical, and I would fill-​in to match the brow shapes, but I was still trying to find someone who could shape the brows to match. Found her! Yeaaaa! If your brows need some super-​shaping — visit Kristine.
After reading some of the other reviews, I think I might try a facial next — Kristine is knowledgeable and kind — GO! You will love her.

Kristine is awesome. As a guy, I can’t say I had a desire to have a facial, especially because I didn’t want it to be to «girlie.» But after doing a session I realize how helpful it was for my face plus it feels great. Kristine really knows what she is doing and made me feel completely at ease. And I am definitely going back. If you are a guy who wants to have a good experience getting a facial go see Kristine.

I had a wonderful experience. Kristine was really sweet and knowledgeable, and we had a lovely conversation while she pampered me. =) It was easy to schedule and location was ideal.

This is a one-​woman shop in a small suite but is run like any top spa in Seattle. It’s very clean, organized, and comfortable. Kristine has been an esthetician for 5+ years and is great at what she does. Beyond being knowledgeable and doing a great job, she’s friendly and made me very comfortable. Oh, the building has a parking lot so even though it’s in the heart of Fremont you don’t need to worry about finding or paying for street parking.

Kristine is very well versed in her industry. I am a regular waxing and (recent) facial client. She’s always ready to go, well prepared, and professional. I’ve recently been looking for various products to better care for my skin and also affordable. Through this process of trying out the various Rhonda Allison products she carries, she’s been very helpful, informative, and patient. Also, these products are great. It’s really made a difference for my dry/​combination skin.
To give you a review of her character, she started out as an acquaintance when she first opened her studio in Fremont and is now a very good friend. Pay no attention to the review from Catherine (as she had legitimate time to use her Groupon deal). I would give her services a try before you take that comment seriously. Kristine deserves an overall score of 5+ stars!

I am shocked by the Pettiness of Catherine’s review. My wife and I are both regulars and what she is saying just doesn’t sound right. After inquiring and getting the real story you can rest assured these are the ramblings of a bitter psycho and not a legitimate review. What I can tell you is that this spa provides the best services money can buy and she is very honest, pleasant and fair. Don’t let the ramblings of tired old bitter bitch dissuade you from a great experience. What she is doing is character assassination and should be illegal. Its really not fair to a business owner that someone can make up lies or misrepresent an experience with the express interest of damaging a business and their reputation. People get sued for these sorts of things. Just my opinion and yes i was just there today. 5 stars!

Before writing my review, I want to take a second and reflect on Catherine’s 1-​star comment below. After dealing with the owner of Arizen Day Spa on numerous occasions, and always receiving OUTSTANDING customer service, I feel compelled to let potential new clients know that Catherine’s experience at Arizen is by no means how the owner operates her business. If you click on Catherine’s profile you will note that this very circumstance has happened before (Imprint Massage) which leads me to believe the various vendor scheduling services are not to blame, but Catherine’s lack of diligent action to schedule her appointments in a timely manner is; especially when Groupon allows you ten months (TEN MONTHS!) to schedule the service.
On to my review of Arizen Day Spa.. .I too purchased a Groupon for a facial. I immediately scheduled my appointment and had no issues finding a time that worked for me. Upon arriving I was genuinely greeted by the owner as she walked me through the process. After an hour of relaxation, good conversation, and learning about my skin type, I happily thanked the owner for her time. Since the facial I have purchased several products that have been great for my skin. The ease of scheduling, fantastic customer service, and professional atmosphere of Arizen Day Spa will keep me coming back.

The latest on this vendor is that she informed Groupon she had provided service on the Groupon on July 2 — 22 days before my scheduled appointment, and 10 days before she informed me she was unilaterally canceling it.
It isn’t the scheduling that is a nightmare with her. It is the refusal to communicate, the passive aggressive behavior, and the desire to get the money (plus her own bonus fee) without doing the service.

What a wonderful facial. She was a true, warm hearted person. Just the kind of person to spend an hour with and who will pay that kind of attention to your face as well. Well worth it.

I stumbled upon Arizen through amazon local deals. I decided to purchase a voucher since my last facial was over a year ago.
Called to set up my appointment which was a breeze! Unfortunately i had to cancel two days after, due to work. I like how flexible Kristine is and without no problem she gave another spot on the following week. Another little thing that i liked that she also lets you contact her through text messages :) *
So appointment date, got there and i couldn’t find the parking which is free by the way*. She gladly guided me through the phone to the parking lot (I felt like a blonde).
I finally meet her and enter the cozy suite. Very well arranged, clean and quiet*
helped my self with some tea and got ready for my facial.
She explained the process clearly and we kept nice and flowy conversation. *
At the last part of the facial/​foot/​hand/​massage i fell in deep relaxation that literally wanted to nap on the spot :) *
Once the service was over she gave me two little buffing sponges for me to use with my cleanser. Totally not expecting that!

Kristine is the best esthetician I have ever been to. I have really horrible black heads and she is the only one who has been able to get them out fully. The products she uses are wonderful and her office is very clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend!!!

Kristine gave me a 5 star facial: the space was beautiful, clean, and quiet. I liked the products used on my face. The hand/​foot massages, were great so that I felt pampered and relaxed when I left. My skin looked (and still looks) fantastic. The only reasons I am not rating the experience 5 stars are (1) the treatment table needs to be heated during the winter months; and (2) I am kind of spoiled when it comes to spas and really missed my vichy shower after my treatment! Honestly, I am going back regardless — it was that good!

I had a great facial from Kristine. One of the best ever. The setting was quiet and comfortable. Kristine made me very relaxed. She is really knowledgable, her products are great, and her services are a great value. I’ll be returning and I recommend her to my family and friends.

I purchased a Harmony Facial for $ 39 using a Groupon I had purchased. I called to set up an appointment and I was scheduled with ease. When I arrived everyone was extremely nice. Having worked in customer service for over ten years, it’s the little things like being considerate and observant that mean the most to me.
I really appreciated how my esthetician, Kristine, took her time in explaining each step of the facial. I enjoyed the moment and suck up all the pampering I can get! Kristine made me feel relaxed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. After the facial, my skin felt amazingly soft and I’m a facial fanatic! I also appreciated the fact that Kristine cleaned off my hairline so well… it’s so annoying pulling facial remains out of my curly hairline after a facial. Although I’m not from the Seattle area, I would definitely recommend Kristine to everyone I know… and to those I don’t!
