Came here to buy car oil. Unsure of what kind to get for my car. When looking it up on the system there were close to 10 different versions of my car and we had no idea which one it was! Charles took the extra step of going outside and taking down the vin # and with that he found exactly what oil I needed. Thank you Charles!

I’ll never go to this store again. I stood in line for 5 min before anyone even came over to the register. Then after ringing up the person in front of me the checker leaves to go out in the parking lot. 2 other employees walked by me still standing at the register never even acknowledging me. I finally walked out leaving my merchandise on the counter. Last time I attempt to shop here. Do I have to leave 1 star?

This auto zone is the only one I take my business too. The staff is always helpful and I love they don’t treat me or my wife like babbling idiots when it comes to fixing our car or motorhome. Having Woman employees and manager helps tremendously the staff is always helpful and friendly. They will price match pretty much anything and always have what I need in stock.

I love this place! I went here yesterday because my battery was dead, I had a neighbor jump it then went there to buy a battery. The guy that helped me, I think his name was Herderson or something kinda odd like that, spent probably an hour or better testing my battery, my alternator, cleaning off my old battery, installing a new one, etc. Awesome customer service.
Bottom line: this place provides services for free that you would pay for at a shop and they do it professionally and with a smile. Thanks!

Waited 15 minutes in line for help. no acknoldgedment of my existance, no hi can I help, or I will be with in in a minute… walked out, I wont be back

So I know its in White Center, but I had an awful time here yesterday. I walked in with a buddy with a backpack on to buy some Seafoam engine cleaner, since Autozone is the only place locally that carries it. We purchase the product and head for the door… the alarm goes off. 3 employees come over, and we stop. It appears my backpack, which hasn’t been off my back, is the cause.
I stop and empty my pockets, and open up my backpack VOLUNTARILY for search, and the woman, who has an assistant manager tag on pipes up «Well it didn’t go off when he came in.»
Usually not such a big deal, but I had already volunteered to a search. I hope she learns to shut her fucking mouth next time. I know its White Center, l but do criminals really stop and agree to a search? I guess I feel irked that this is the first time I have ever been accused of theft passively or otherwise. If she hadn’t said anything, no issue. If you want to be a manager, act with restraint, especially with a cooperative «suspect.»

I like this place.
They have chicks that work there.
The guys that work there don’t treat me like I don’t know what I’m doing with my car because I’m a chick.
I bought a dent popper for $ 5 and when I used it for the first time I saved one of our salesmen from getting chewed out about a dent that the «car wash» put on our company truck.
Occasionally I do have ask one of the employees for help finding a certain item because they stock the store in a somewhat odd way, but they always help me as promptly as possible and know exactly where everything is (even if the Virgo in me says it doesn’t belong there).
