Dockside Solutions is a personalized mail service for those who are moving or working out of town or abroad, traveling for extended periods, cruising, rv’ing, or just don’t like to deal with your mail. We provide electronic mailbox, mail scanning, forwarding, check deposits, bill pay, and more. We also have 24-​hour mailboxes located at Shilshole Bay Marina. Other services include notary, stamps, copies, faxing, scanning, bulk shredding and personal assistant services including (but not limited to); provisioning/​shopping, boat part purchasing, and errands.

History

Established in 2011.

Dockside Solutions was opened in January 2011. We installed mailboxes at Shilshole Bay Marina in April of 2011 and have been growing ever since.

I am so relieved that we are able to get all our mail including family and two businesses forwarded to Dockside. The competent staff is highly sensitive to confidentiality which is a must for us. They will go through the mail with us on the phone and scan the keepers, shred sensitive info and recycle the rest. They make traveling stress free. We are fortunate to have found them.

I needed a last minute notary service, on a sunday no less, and happened to give Dockside Solutions a call. Angela answered and said that they were closed but she happened to be on her way to the office and that i should swing on by! She was super friendly and fast, and I was so grateful she was available for me on a sunday morning! She mentioned that she lives nearby and occasionally goes into the office on the weekends, essentially being «on call.» So if you find yourself in need of a notary on the weekends, give Dockside solutions a call! We love Angela! Some companies are OK as faceless corporations but not a personal mail service. When someone is handling your mail it’s good to know they love their job. Angela goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is treated as a VIP. We switched to Dockside Solutions because we want to know that when we call for special handling Angela will make sure it happens. We’re so happy we made the switch. It’s great to get an email every time we get mail. It was worth the effort.

Good people with friendly service. Would recommend using them for all you shipping, copying or just plain mail needs. They have personal mailboxes right in the marina. Very useful for sailors or people who R.V. and need their mail scanned or forwarded to them.

I needed notarized signatures on some real estate docs so the first thing I did of course is check the Unilocal map. Oh cool, I heard this place was maybe coming but didn’t know they were up and running. And from my experience, everything seems up and running.
The notary service was fast and efficient, then making a few copies, then she took care of mailing the originals for me. Everything went smoothly, and friendly.
For Undrivers, this business is on the Burke-​Gilman Trail between The Locks and Golden Gardens and plenty of bike moorage right out the door.
