Wow, business must be booming for these guys. They don’t answer their phone, return messages or even answer the emails that they invite you to send to get an estimate. The good news about busy companies with lousy service is they won’t be busy for long. Maybe then they’ll bother to answer the phone.

This review is long overdue. Doran Patrick’s reupholstered a very fine modern chair for me using the fabric I provided. I was willing to give them a try based on the few Unilocal reviews and their quote which was almost half of what QA Upholstery and others quoted. I did have to return the chair so they could fix some rippling in the back that I noticed only after having gotten it home. I would give them a 4 for not having noticed the issue before releasing the chair, however, I give them a solid 5 for the final results and for the customer service, and for being generally a nice bunch. They did a beautiful job for a surprisingly great price.

My experience with Doran Patrick’s Custom Upholstery was fantastic from start to finish. I had a fairly small job (a cushion for a window bench seat). The owner and staff are incredibly kind and personable and they do fantastic work. The owner was even kind enough to let me use some remnant fabric for my cushion which was very much appreciated. I will definitely return.
