Fletcher’s is a good stop if you’re looking for furniture and not too picky. They do have quite a few antiques, dressers, desks, and accent tables. If it’s not your style, just paint it. The prices here are ridiculously low and the guy that owns it is pretty nice. The quality and value is tons better here than the Value Village down the block, just sayin’.

I shouldn’t share this. But the fabulous Tammy W shared with me so I will. It’s THEBOMB-DIGGITY! There’s a million treasures here, and the prices are between yard sale and Goodwill’s ‘fancy’ area. There’s not tons of furniture, but I asked and he has a storage area elsewhere, so if you don’t see it, ask.

(AKA: «Fletcher’s Second Hand» same place) Fletcher’s is a treat for anyone who enjoys vintage and antique objects. The owners are friendly and obviously love what they do. They have a fascinating, eclectic collection of everyday objects, periodicals, hand and power tools, kitchen equipment, toys, and some clothing and jewelry(mostly costume with some great, inexpensive, mid-century modern pieces). For ANYONE heading out to Home Depot for hand tools, I’d stop here first and check out their huge collection available at 1⁄10th the price of HD and other stores. They also have some fine old fashioned hand tools for the purist as well as modern small power tools, gardening equipment and some home construction tools. I looked at some nice bone china from England(tea cups) and other household items WAY under priced for what they are(see Franciscan ware service piece and other fine old kitchenware). This is a fun place. Great to just browse and wonder if you like old things. It’s one of those very special places that you normally only find by word-of-mouth.

Second hand stuff at its best. This place is a gem for bits from the past at amazing prices. They have everything from bicycles to antique furniture to tools… its great. They have been in business for 17 years, I’ll definitely be back for more.
