Fetch! Pet Care of North Seattle has been a wonderful experience. I just got a new puppy and after the first week staying home with him and bonding it has been such a stress reliever to know my puppy is in good hands now that I’m going back to work. They have come each day to let him out of his crate, give him some love and attention, let him potty and stretch his legs. What I love most is the caregivers love him. They constantly tell me how much they like him and how cute they think he is. It just makes it even better knowing they love the pets they take care of so much and are so invested in what they do. They are also extremely flexible. I’ve had to request two visits unexpectedly and they have been able to accommodate each time. They also provide great communication and are very reachable.

We have a wonderful dog walker from Fetch that comes over twice a week to walk our dalmatian. They have really connected and we get lots of feedback, photos, and videos from their neighborhood excursions. She usually brings a toy and takes time to break midway through the walk for some playtime. Our dog is very social so she always takes the opportunity to meet other dogs when appropriate. She has been our walker for nearly a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The billing is easy and she’s very flexible with adjusting days or times if needed. We trust her to keep our girl safe and provide good physical and mental exercise.

This was the first time I had to travel since bringing my two cats to Seattle. I am very glad I found Fetch! Hannah was absolutely amazing and sent me updates each day which even included a few pictures. When I got home it was like I never even left. I hope everyone working at Fetch can provide the same love and care as I’ll definitely be using them again.

We were gone for a couple of weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday. We have two cats that do not like being left at home for too long. When we get home we usually find one angry and irritated cat, the other cat is usually the reason for the first cat’s irritation. Our cat-​sitter seemed to do a great job. We received updates every few days. They took out the trash on trash day, picked up the mail and did the normal cat chores (feeding, meds, cat litter). We are happy with Fetch and will continue using them.

We used Fetch Petcare over the Thanksgiving holiday, I couldn’t have had a better experience. I found the service easy to use, and they responded to my initial request really quickly. We just moved to Seattle from Northern California, so I was not looking forward to having to find a new pet sitter for our two pugs. Fetch made it easy, and it was thankfully the same price as our old pet sitter. Our dogs stayed with Kathleen, and we absolutely loved her! She sent me photo updates of the dogs, and really treated our pets like her own. We will totally use this service again for our next trip.

The administrative staff is always friendly and quick to respond to my emails. The sitters are reliable, and they do a great job taking care of my animals (cats, rats, fish). I get daily updates from the sitter, which is great for peace of mind when I’m away.

My cats tell me that they loved the cat visits while I was out of town.

I’ve used Fetch! for dog walking since my Dane was a puppy. He is now 3 months away from being 3 years old. One of the main reasons I continue to use Fetch! is due to the bond created and care given by my dog walker. Matias goes out of his way to make sure my Dane is okay. I love receiving pictures of my big baby when I’m at work. I love that he gets to play and socialize with other dogs in addition to his individual walks. I highly recommend Fetch!

We have used Fetch! for over a year and couldn’t be more pleased. All of our pet sitters have been awesome — they over-​index on time-​spent with our doggies, unlike another pet service we’ve used before. They send pictures and are super responsive to changes in schedule. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Fetch on 2 separate occasions now and I couldn’t be more pleased. We have 4 furry children, and they are members of our family. We absolutely love the daily text updates and pictures while we are on our trip. It makes me feel so much better once I see that the kitties are doing well. We’ve worked with two different Fetch sitters and both were amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them. We are able to enjoy our vacation so much more knowing that all our babies are taken care of.

We have used Fetch! sitters for overnights for many years now, to care for our special needs dachshund and our kitty, who ended up living a couple of years with cancer and needed special meds. Our regular sitter, Lynn, is excellent, and handles overnights and complicated pet meds, stays in touch with us, and leaves us a clean house to come home to, which is priceless. We don’t always have a lot of notice when we travel, so when she’s booked, we know Fetch! will find someone to come stay with our pets, which is such an anxiety reliever! Communication with the office is easy and fast, they are so friendly, and we feel like Fetch! has become part of our family. Thanks for everything, Fetch!

Our dog walker Blake is awesome. My boyfriend and I are extremely picky and paranoid when it comes to our puppy and we trust Blake 100%. Today our puppy wasn’t feeling well and made a stinky mess in his crate while we were at work. Blake walked into this mess and cleaned it all up! This is definitely not part of the job description so she went wayyy above and beyond and out of her way to help us. More importantly when she called me at work she was more worried about our puppy versus the gross mess she cleaned up. That’s true customer service and we can tell she genuinely cares about our pups well being. I would definitely recommend Blake!!!

We used their services for our tortoise for the first time recently, for an almost two week trip over the Christmas holiday. We’ve used other sitters before, each who worked for themselves. However, previously we never felt 100% that they showed up each day. Plus we were always concerned if they couldn’t show up for whatever reason that they didn’t have backup. With a small animal, its tough to know whether they are actually taken care of each day during our trip. Someone could just come at the end of the trip and clean up. Quite a scary thought, as our little guy is our baby and leaving him at home is tough enough, without having to worry about his well being.
From the start I liked how they have quite an online presence… we sent a request online and within a couple hours got an e-​mail response. Then we were set up with our sitter Tamlyn, who lives very close to us, which makes me even more comfortable considering the winter driving conditions at times. They have the standard release and information forms you fill out online, plus you can set up a credit card to have on file. I like that, versus having to remember to leave a check and know the correct amount. They have an online calendar so you can confirm what days you have visits scheduled, and they e-​mail an itemized bill. The cost seems quite reasonable, even the holiday surcharges. You can even give a tip by credit card.
We set up an initial visit and hit things off. At that time we went over what needed to be done and handed over the key and such. They are also willing to water plants, check the mail, etc, as time allows. We requested an unusual extra, a grocery store run midway through the trip, as our tortoise eats fresh lettuce, and that went well. Plus it was nice to arrive home and not need to run out to the store right away!
While we were gone our sitter stayed in contact, even including a cute photo and holiday wishes. She also had a good understanding of what required a phone call (although it turned out to be a false alarm) and what could be e-​mailed. I didn’t have that worried feeling throughout the trip, and feel confident our tortoise was well cared for. We’re looking forward to using Fetch! again in the future.

I’ve always relied on friends or family to watch our cat in the past, but it wasn’t an option this time around, so this Christmas was our first time hiring a professional service for pet care. The team at Fetch really seems to have their act together. The folks who made the arrangements responded promptly and professionally, and our sitter was attentive to detail. He took notes and asked useful questions when we showed him around our home, and sent us regular updates while we were on vacation. When we returned, he made arrangements to return keys to us within 48 hours. I have already recommended the service to friends, and have no reservations about having Fetch watch our cat the next time we leave town.

We have a grumpy kitty, a sweet kitty, & 2 guinea pigs that needed caring for while we were out of town during the holidays. Lynn was great! She treated our grumpy kitty with patience & kindness (she also had to give him a pill in a pill pocket treat, daily). She also sent us pictures of our critters while we were away and daily text messages letting us know they were fed & happy. Would definitely use them again.

Most people know I’m a little obsessed with my cat. I won’t accept anything but the best care for her. After a stressful year with many changes in our family, I was feeling uncomfortable leaving town. Pet sitters I had hired in the past had been unreliable, though promising to stay in touch while I was away, I wouldn’t hear from them, and would spent my whole trip worrying about whether anyone was actually caring for Domino. To me, anyone caring for someone’s pet should be taking it very seriously and running a tight business. My cat means the world to me, and that should matter who whoever is caring for her.
After reading other Unilocal reviews, I decided to try Fetch. I was impressed right away. Their website was informative, and I received a response to my email request for more information within an hour. They provided information and references for the pet sitter, Lynn, who was available during a busy Thanksgiving weekend. They also gathered thorough information from me about all of Domino’s needs, and I felt reassured by this. They were straightforward about costs, and provided plenty of information about their different services. Setting up payment online was easy, and I received a detailed invoice upon conclusion of my trip.
Lynn, the pet sitter assigned for my first trip, stopped by briefly to meet Domino and me prior to my leaving town. While I was away, she texted me daily to update me on how Domino was doing. When I got home, Domino barely looked up from her nap, which tells me she got plenty of attention while Lynn was visiting. I can officially say that I won’t be nervous leaving town anymore. And knowing that there is an established company behind every pet sitter is very comforting — I know that if an emergency happens and the assigned cat sitter can’t make it, the company would step in and help. For all of these reasons, I will continue using Fetch for Domino!

I have used Fetch twice for the care of my two cats. Lynn has watched them both times and I couldn’t be happier! She sent me a text daily with an update on how my kitties were doing and even sent pictures some days. I like that I can go on vacation and trust that my cats are well taken care of and I don’t have to worry about them. She even watered my plants and got my mail for me. I will always use Fetch when I go on vacation.

Our furry friends are not fans of kennels, so last year when our pet sitting friend retired from duty we were fresh out of ideas. Our friend then recommended we check out Fetch before we lose hope in finding a sitter we trusted with our little ones. We tried if for some midday walks and eventually a quick weekend trip and it all worked out great. The sitter came over to meet our furry friends, everyone hit it off, so we signed on to give it a shot.
Since then we’ve used Fetch several times for stay-​overs as well as midday potty breaks and we couldn’t be more pleased. We eventually began requesting Hazel, because she is great with our critters and is a consummate pet sitting pro. It’s a bummer when Hazel’s unavailable b/​c she’s all booked up– which comes as no surprise– but we always know there is always someone else great on deck at Fetch.
What a relief it has been to know we’ve found a friendly and reliable service to care for our little loved ones who can enjoy the comforts of home while we are away. Thanks Fetch of North Seattle!

I’ve tried to use Fetch twice now. Two years ago in Bothell I needed a dog walker 5 times a week but the dog walker would cancel on me half of the time. Recently I tried again when I moved to Greenwood, I needed someone to board my dog twice a month for 2 days when I travel for work. I went thru all the paperwork and meet & greet only to find out 4 days before I needed my dog boarded that the dog sitter’s apartment didn’t allow dogs that weighed 20lbs. I wish Fetch would do their research before assigning a dog sitter to me.

Used Fetch for the first time because timing didn’t work out for friends to do the cat sitting for the 3 furry felines.
We found Fetch to be cost effective and also took advantage of the Unilocal first timer 25% discount.
Chastity the sitter was very nice and took great care of the cats. The gf wanted email updates which came out nice. She played with the cats and did the litter box duty, food, and water of course. Also did some plant watering and turned on/​off lights.
