Personal Training: Workout anywhere, any time. Make the most of your own living room, the park up the street, or come to a private training studio to be motivated and challenged with a personal trainer.

Group Classes: Ski conditioning; Cross training class for athletes; group workouts where moms can bring their children; and private small group yoga classes.

VO2 testing and Heart Rate training: The VO2 test will teach you what your Heart Rate Zones are and where your Heart Rate should be while you work out to maximize the effectiveness of your training time. The Heart Rate Training plan will help you increase your zones so you improve your endurance, burn more fat and reduce your risk for injury.

Fitness On Site started to help people Workout Anywhere! I started as a personal trainer in a gym and saw a need to adapt to each person’s life style. I wanted to make working out accessible and convenient so ANYONE could exercise, ANYWHERE. (that’s right, no excuses) :)

I have been a personal trainer, group aerobics and yoga instructor since 2005. It is a passion of mine to help people feel healthier, stronger and to make their daily living more enjoyable. Whether that means hiking a mountain, running a race, carrying groceries in from the car with ease or chasing grand-​children around, I want to help people enjoy life by being active.

Trainings and Education: IYT 200hr Certification (Integrated Yoga Therapy), ACE, FiTour: Boot camp, Yoga Fit, and The Center for Yoga. BA in communication from the University of Washington. Ski Instructor (PSIA) for 12 years.
