His is such a fun store and they have some really good sales. I love all of the quirky stuff they offer.

I find myself gravitating towards this store every time I visit the Mall. I can’t get enough of their trinkets and low price jewelry. Everything is so unique and fun, whether it be a gift for myself or a friend. They have wonderful sales and the employees are helpful without being overbearing.
My only snafu with this location is when they changed over computer systems and it took roughly 45 minutes to figure out how to use the remainder of my gift card (I didn’t know the remaining balance).
Love this place!

I love this store! They have the best displays (currently a zombie theme) and great trinkets, funny shirts, and unique items. Oh, and they have lots of Hello Kitty stuff and a bacon section. Seriously, I’m in love!
The 4-​star rating is attributed to the staff who are always slightly aloof and downright strange sometimes. They try really hard to give people space but can come off creepy. Regardless of that, I keep going in. Yesterday, I got a key chain ugly doll at 50% off. Last month, I got my brother a really cool bottle opener.
If you’re ever waiting for someone at Northgate, instead of looking pathetic as you stare at your phone, go into Fuego. You’ll see awesome things and I would think you’re weird if you didn’t buy something.

I’ve always passed Fuego in the mall and it’s a must stop for me.
The store is catered to women but offers a wide range of t-​shirts to jewelry to gag gifts.
This is one store I have to stop at during holiday season as they have great items for stocking stuffers as well as for white elephant parties.
Prices can be a bit on the high side as they don’t really have ‘sales’ but great for hard to find gifts & unique ideas.

I really like popping into this store periodically to see what new stuff they have in stock. They have a great selection of watches and hairbands and even some Hello Kitty stuff!
They have t shirts with cute screen prints on them, but if you tend to be busty (ugh, me) then you likely will have a hard time fitting into them. I would say its more tween-​young younger adult sizes for clothing)
The store clerks are ALWAYS really nice and helpful to me so thats another reason I enjoy coming in.

This is the best place to go for cheap accessories.
I picked up two scarfs here for $ 15 total. One of the scarfs people have even mistaken for a Diane Von Furstenberg scarf.
They also had a humongous tower of $ 3 headbands. Seriously, this thing was six feet tall. The Eiffel tower of headbands.
Not to mention all the cute gifts and trinkets they have. They seem to be into selling cute owl shirts too, which is fine by me because I’m kind of obsessed with them.

I am always surprised this place is in the mall. it seems much too fun. I have received & given countless gifts from here. I have found really nice things here as well as tons of really inexpensive items.
The people working this shop are awesome! After about a month my necklace’s chain broke & we returned here to find a replacement. The salesperson recognized us and gave us a beautiful chain for free! Really sealed my love for the store.
Last weekend there was a sale on earrings for $ 2.80 a pair or 3 for $ 6.80. A steal I tells ya! This is the place to go if your wardrobe just needs a little tweak, whether it be a t-​shirt, earrings, hat, or headband.

Ever run out of ideas when shopping for a gift? This store will solve that exact problem! If I’m ever at Northgate Mall and have literally no reason to go in this store — I go anyway. It’s got a wide variety of things ranging from funky jewelry, hilarious or nostalgic T-​shirts, unique books, keychains, and much more. We all have a friend obsessed with rubber duckies or wiener dogs, right? This is the store that will have gifts that you haven’t seen anywhere else. I once bought a puggy bank for a friend. (A piggy bank that’s a pug dog.)
Their merchandise mostly caters to women between 15 – 35 but you can still find things that men or young men might like as well. Be prepared to spend 20 – 35 minutes in this small store because you’ll want to touch every single thing you see.

I absolutely love this store! I really love jewelry and there is always something cute here and the prices are very reasonable.

Fuego is a great litle store to find gifts or cool trinkets. Their merchandise is creative and fun without crude messages or outrageous prices. I always seem to find something I cant live without in their store, and it’s a great place to buy for the person who has everythng.
However, when it comes to finding help, I find myself on the borderline of confused. The last time I went to Fuego I found an amazing little Breakfast at Tiffany’s t-​shirt, but of course it wasn’t in my size. The sales clerk was very helpful with trying to locate the shirt for me possibly at another location, and when that was not possible, she took my phone number and email address promising that I would be contacted as soon as the shirt was in stock. It has been a month since then, and I have still recieved no word as to the shirt, although my friend says she spotted it there last week, and in my size.
Great store, great products, not so great help.

I love this store. They have unusual items. Very trendy. I had to buy one of their seat belt belts. yes it is an actual seat belt to keep up your britches I love the big buckle and gotten a lot of compliments when I’ve worn it with my jeans. Have picked up two more for presents for friends. I plan on going back just to buy their t-​shirt that says «come over to the darkside-​we have cookies» to wear as night shirt. Cute stuff you really don’t need but once you see it can’t live without like witty magnets. The stores not too cluttered and easy to get lost in there wasting a good half hour. I can’t figure it out if the salespeople are allowing you just to peek around staying out of your way or just are there to ring up at the register like fastfood employees that don’t dare leave the security of their counter.

If I were to base this review soley on customer service, I’d give it a 1-​star rating. Why? The cashier/​salespeople while I was shopping never said hello, looked irritated and grumpy as if someone stole their bananas (or something of importance). When I made a (positive)comment to my friend about a certain item the cashier made a disgusting face and yelled, «What do you want?» as if I had offended her. So I just gave her an irrirated confused look and turned around.
The items in the store were decent (hence the 3 star). The books and jewelry were the only things I really enjoyed. Some books more amusing than others. Others were just cheesy. They had some necklaces and earrings that were cute and tastefully done.
Even if I wanted to purchase something from that store, I wouldn’t, only because the the customer service was terrible.

I used to know someone who, instead of calling something «hot,» would say it was «en fuego.» So when I saw a store at Northgate Mall called Fuego, I wondered if it would live up to its name. And, in fact, it really does.
Fuego is a cute little gift shop aimed primarily at sassy women in their twenties and thirties. They offer a good mix of jewelry, cards and stationery, magnets, and novelty items (think Archie McPhee). There are quite a few Anne Taintor-​esque, retro-​inspired products, as well as a mystifying line of «cat butt» items that surely cannot be good sellers. Or so one hopes.
Fuego also has a large display of Helo costume jewelry — I don’t know whether it’s their own brand or not, but there’s lots of sparkly trinkets to browse through. While many of the products seem a bit pricey, it’s possible to find a cute small gift here for under $ 10, or a funny card or magnet to tuck into a larger gift.
I haven’t bought anything here yet, so I can’t attest to the customer service here, except to say that the day I was in, the two employees talked to each other the whole time and didn’t greet me or ask if they could help (which is actually fine, because I prefer to be left alone when I shop). However, as far as having cute and witty gifts for the hip girl’s home, Fuego is definitely on fire.
