Oh, my gosh, words cannot describe how disappointed and upset I am with this place! I have been to Georgio’s a couple of times in the past, sucked in by the $ 2.99 sandwich special sign. Today, I got a tuna sandwich, which is on the $ 2.99 list, but only after I had walked out did I realize I got charged for a «chicken breast» @ $ 4.79. I was duped out of $ 2 for my sandwich. To top it off, I added on a soup and drink, but the clam chowder advertised as Ivar’s was not Ivar’s — I know Ivar’s clam chowder, and this was not it. Sad to say I will not be returning. There is a difference between good value and scam, and I totally felt scammed today.

I haven’t been disappointed with Georgio’s simple, tasty sandwiches yet. Higher quality and much fresher than Subway, and not much more expensive. The Ivar’s clam chowder makes for a great side with your sandwich, too.

Its ok, but subway is across the street and far cheaper for similar sandwiches.

If you’re thinking about going to Subway, go here instead. The lunch rush line is shorter, the food is higher quality, the menu has more variety, and the staff is cool. I really like that they serve Ivar’s clam chowder daily in addition to other soups. Their wraps and salads are more than a sandwich without the bread; they have unique options for these that include ingredients such as feta cheese and spinach. They have a punch card rewards program for regular customers. The lunch rush staff always seems to provide organized, friendly service. I’m pretty sure the owner works the cash register every weekday lunch.

Great sandwiches for the price. Also had free access to the internet.

This Georgio’s is amazing! Great customer service, friendly and unbelievably fast. I’m in town for training every so often and they always recognize me and remember what I like. Plus their cookies are amazing! Hands down the best Georgio’s franchise I’ve ever been to!!!

Quality wise– in between Subway and Quizno’s. Bread was softer and fresher than Subway, meatballs were better and they had decent quality provolone. But I would choose Quizno’s over this place.

Blue Cheese does not belong in chili. Chili is, however, supposed to be served warm(or hot even). So, the room-temperature, blue-cheese infested«chili» that Georgio’s just served me was the worst. chili. ever.

A great place to grab a tasty 12″ sandwich for under $ 10.

Hmmmm. In how many ways do you think one could screw up a sandwich? Well the answer is: in too many. Particularly when you’ve hired whole bunch of fresh-of-the boat illegal aliens. I made the mistake of not walking off right away as soon as I spotted a cockroach, and it only got worse from there: stale bread, genetically modified SpongeBob-like tasting chicken breast, mushy vegetables. Never again.

I thought the sub was good and the service was fine. They have a problem because the sandwiches aren’t better than the competition. The 6″ at Subway is cheaper, while the $ 5 sandwich at jimmy john’s is bigger. So I don’t see any reason to go to Georgio’s.

I had a sneaking suspicion that this is probably just a Subway with a different banner. Unlike Subway, however, they had sourdough bread, and my craving for a turkey-on-sourdough that didn’t cost $ 7 got the better of me. Unfortunately, my Subway suspicions were confirmed(except for the nicer employees), and the bread didn’t even taste like sourdough. At least turkey happened to be today’s special, so I was only duped out of less than $ 4.

I liked the bread they used, it was different than subway. They are a little pricier(considering Subway’s footlongs are only $ 5) but it was decent, and we only got the cheap $ 3 sub specials anyways. They also have Mexican coke, which is a plus. I got the tuna sandwich, which was pretty standard, but it was good. I’d stop by again if I wanted a $ 3 special.

Good food fresh quality, the only down side was that it seemed a little like a more expensive subway! Nothing to different on the menu that I can notice, more soup and drink selection was the only difference I noticed.

I just went in to grab a sandwich on my way to work. I had bought a couple of them last week for a quick lunch for co-workers and they liked the change from Sub-Way. However, maybe everyone was tired from the lunch rush, I came in at 3 and was the only one there and still it took me nearly ten minutes for them. The sandwich was made up of ripped bits and pieces of meat and cheese with even a mean scowl from the person making it.

Went in for a sub. Came out with a torn shirt due to a sharp piece of metal on their counter. They promised to send me a check for $ 50 as a compromise(it was a new $ 125 shirt) and then even welched on that deal. I think I would eat dog food before going back to this place.

Meh. This particular Georgio’s isn’t as good as the one I’m used to. Sandwich was sloppily made, decent taste, nothing special. I’d much rather do Jimmy John’s or even Subway.

Two stars for having a friendly guy making sandwiches, for being across the street from the movie theater, and for not being Subway. It might as well be, though. Tastes exactly the same. Like reconstituted food made from recycled product waste. At least I saved the environment, right?
