Herb n’ Beet is incredible! We hired them to cater my private Birthday dinner for 10. Julie was awesome to work with — she listened to all my wants and in areas that I was undecided, offered excellent options. They presented an amazing cheese and wine spread, 4 course meal, champagne, flowers and décor, down to the small, sweet details like edible flowers in the butter and ice cubes, and then the most amazing dessert choices you’ve ever seen. I wanted my 50th Birthday to be really intimate and special and this surpassed my dreams. Thank you Herb n’ Beet Catering!

I hired Chef Julie and her team to cater my parents 50th Anniversary dinner in our home. From the planning stage to the final touches — it was top notch. Julie was so easy to work with and really put forth tremendous effort to make sure that the party was a success. They set up everything so that it was ready to go on time, they kept the wine glasses full, cleaned up and packaged leftovers. From the hors d’oeuvres to the main entrée to the final touches on the dessert, the food was wonderful. They were professional and thorough. Julie’s spirited approach to cuisine was the perfect compliment to the perfect evening. My family and friends are still complimenting the food and the service weeks after the event! I recently hosted a 50 person 10 year anniversary party for some high profile clients. I hired Herb’n Beet Catering and Chef Julie blew my mind. Not only were all of the guests asking who did the food during the event but guests were still going on and on about the food weeks later. My clients shared with me some of the thank-​you cards sent to them mentioning how much they enjoyed food, how beautiful it all looked, how delicious it was and if they could get the name of the company for their next event. I recently hosted my future sister-in-law’s bridal shower, and Herb n’ Beet Catering really turned it into an exquisite event not to be forgotten! Chef Julie created a gorgeous menu of fresh, delicious vegetarian fare that was perfect for a hot summer day… grilled mediterranean vegetables with fresh mozzarella on herbed bruschetta, fresh grilled paella with avocado and spanish rice, as well as a delectable olive and pickled pepper sampler. The presentation of the food was so lovely, and Julie has a way about her to make all things seem effortless! I will definitely be using Herb n’ Beet again, knowing that Julie’s vision and attention to detail bring an event to the next level.
