Matt and his team recently seismically retrofitted our house and we couldn’t be happier with how the project went. They were professional and easy to work with from beginning to end, were impressively efficient and organized, and answered all of our questions with a smile and a clear answer. They were also able to make adjustments to their plan (without changing the price) because our 1906 house had a few surprises for them as they were working. The price itself was also very reasonable. Other people on here have mentioned their kindness and I agree, what a nice team of people! I would absolutely hire them again.

King Salmon Construction is the most Professional, Quality and Top Notch Company I have every worked with when it comes to the Remodeling of my home. We hired King Salmon Construction to do a complete Kitchen Remodel (a complete tear down to the bones of our walls/​floor and gutting).
BUDGET: King Salmon stayed within their Budget for the Kitchen Remodel.
COMMUNICATION: All King Salmon Staff and Subs were exemplary with communicating to us — whether it was just advising us of their next am arrival, to a possible change in Scope, to where they were at schedule wise and so on. They kept in constant communication with us the entire way through the process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: The PM skills of the King Salmon Construction Owner, Matt Irwin, are stellar! He is highly knowledgeable in his field, he runs a tight ship with his Employees and Subs and his leadership abilities and direction led his Team to a flawless execution. His Team did what was needed to meet every deadline and if that meant the Electrician worked from morning until midnight on a Saturday to meet the deadline it was done! King Salmon and all Subs showed up on time and every single person I met that was affiliated with King Salmon Construction were some of the kindest I have ever met.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All Employees and Subs properly cleaned up every evening before they left. There was one demolition day when the dust was really bad so the Owner called in a Cleaning Service to come and thoroughly clean my home that day!
PROJECT DEADLINE: King Salmon Construction fell within the Deadline they gave us for the completion date of our remodel. All of our friends and associates said there was NO way an entire Kitchen Remodel would only take the time they allotted. Well, everyone was in complete shock when the Deadline was in fact met.
I can’t praise this Company enough! King Salmon Construction highly impressed me! We are having them do more Remodeling for us in the coming months. Our Friends were so impressed with the work that was done on my Kitchen Remodel that they are currently using King Salmon Construction for their Bathroom Remodel and others are calling the Company for their services!

Matt and his team recently replaced my privacy fence, and I could not be happier with the results. His quote was spot on, and he finished in the time frame he set. His team worked efficiently, and I was impressed with how they cleaned up the ‘jobsite’ at the end of the every day before leaving. He and his guys were very courteous and friendly, and they kept me informed of progress and ‘next steps’ along the way. Also, I work from home and they were respectful of that. I would hire them for another job in a heartbeat!

The service that I received from King Salmon Construction was amazing!!! It was of the best quality with beyond great customer service.
From the moment I started working with Matt I felt comfortable and excited about the project. He walked me through the space and made sure I wasn’t forgetting anything. His quote back to me was very fast and they were able to start right away.
They did my plumbing for a washer, venting and electrical for the dryer and, construction, with sound proofing, sink plumbing, and electrical for my spa treatment room. They busted out the whole thing in just a few weeks. It is exactly what I wanted and they finished before they projected time frame!

Very professional. They told me from the beginning that this was a business relationship – not a friendship. They gave me a competitive quote, but what/​s more, they respected the quote and the work they said they would do. To be honest, I have taken the cheapest bid in the past, but have always ended up paying way more in the end. With Matt and Joe, there are no surprises, other than a job well done!

Joe and Matt constructed a seismic upgrade for my parents’ house. Their work was very clean and construction was a very smooth process. I was impressed with how they were able to manage the project to keep themselves going 110%… there was no waiting around time. Great scheduling. They even were able to fit in additional fixes to unusual framing of the original house at no bump in schedule. They did a great job of cleaning the site afterwards.
