Hi! I’m a counselor and co-​founder of Pacific NorthWell in downtown Seattle. I am passionate about empowering those who have become disempowered socially and/​or culturally. I received M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida’s renowned Counselor Education program. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State and a National Certified Counselor by the National Board for Certified Counselors. In my spare time, I love cooking, baking, traveling, and playing with my dog, Sydney.
