La Toscanella specializes in authentic Italian pastries and pastas. We make all of our own pastas and pastries every day by hand on site. Our croissants and quiches are baked fresh every morning and we hand them out to our customers hot and delicious! The cannoli’s are made fresh every day with ricotta cream and usually sell out before we close. Paninis made fresh every day get grilled up and served to our busy lunch crowd. Our entire menu is available all day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We aim to be a friendly, cozy, and comfortable place to come and enjoy great Italian food and coffee with friends and family.
History
Established in 2012.
La Toscanella Bakery is the dreamchild of owners Teresa and Enrico. Enrico is our authentic Italian ;) and also the head chef and baker and the man responsible for the all of the amazing food you will find inside. Teresa is the master marketer and face of the company. You can find her working hard every day to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience and leaves happy and satisfied. They started out as a wholesale company, which supplies over 52 cafes and coffee shops in Seattle. This is their first storefront, and they hope to have many more in the future.
