History

Established in 2011.

«We are not in the fitness business, but in the people business providing fitness.»

As a locally owned, non-franchise fitness studio we have chosen to be different, most importantly – we’re not a gym, but a community of fitness minded individuals intent on living a healthy lifestyle. The owners, Bonnie & Alan Cashman found Pilates a few years back and fell in love with the benefits, and the differences they felt. Having lived on Capitol Hill for many years, they wanted to find a way to give back to the community – and the LAB5 concept was created. Our aim is to provide the most convenient, effective, and unparalleled fitness experience in the greater Seattle area. We’d love you to be a part of our community & if you’re a local, we welcome you to try your first class free :)

With about a dozen different types of classes to work you out, you will feel the results from head to toe, including a renewed connection between mind and body.
