Established in 1993.
Linda’s Tavern was opened in 1993 with Jonathan Poneman and Bruce Pavitt (co-founders of Sub Pop). Over twenty years later, it remains a «nice place for nice people».

Business Owner
Linda Derschang is a restauranteur, designer, and staple of the Capitol Hill food and nightlife scene. She opened her first Seattle business (a clothing boutique called «Basic») in 1987, and currently owns five restaurants and bars on the Hill (Linda’s Tavern, Smith, Oddfellows, Bait Shop, and Tallulah’s) as well as King’s Hardware in Ballard.
