Really disappointed. I recently got a tattoo with a friend and while hers turned out nice, the lines on mine are extremely messed up, the woman who tattooed me seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I have lots of tattoos and this is the worst I’ve ever gotten. I would really recommend not getting s tattoo here because they don’t have a high quality standard and this is a permanent decision. Now I have to get it touched up elsewhere.

Decided to pop in for a quick tattoo that I’d been wanting for quite some time. I had never been here before, but David made me feel very at ease from the get go. He was very friendly and accommodating, told me we can redo the sketches and applications as much as I wanted to get it perfect. I got script about 6 inches in length over my rib area, and he was so patient and gentle-handed knowing the sensitivity of that area. He’ll definitely be my go to for future work!

I will always be loyal to Lucky Devil as long as I have skin that isn’t inked yet! I’m still absolutely in love with the tattoos I’ve gotten. David can do no wrong!(He is such an amazing artist) and I really hope to have enough money soon to finish my sleeve!(Great prices too!)

Yesterday I went to the shop with an idea of a portrait I showed it via mobile… was told by the tattoo artist there to bring a copy of it with me the following day he was available from 12pm-3pm…no where in btwn did he notify me I needed to mke an appointment only to come in with the paper copy of what I want. I made it there tdy @ 12:45pm he alrdy had someone there. I told him I’m here to get it done, understood it wld be awhile. He continues to tell me that he alrdy has s/o else booked for 3pm and I needed to return @5pm…but ystrdy he said he’ll be closing by 3pm… felt I wasn’t valued as a customer. I am a return cstmr this is not a review on their ability to tattoo… but poor customer service. There are plenty of tattoo parlors, thought this would be my permanent home for my tattoo adventures on my birthday every year. Lucky Dragon here we come :)

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Got a tattoo from Geoff but he no longer works there so I went in to get my tattoo touched up but they told me they would not touch up my tattoo unless I paid for another one! What kinda bs is that. I asked why they are refusing to touch up my tattoo and they said because they guy that did my tattoo didn’t work there anymore they wouldn’t make any money for touching up my tattoo even though there is clearly spots that need to be touched up. So pretty much if you ever get a tattoo from them and the person stops working there then your stuck with a unfinished tattoo unless you pay for it! There rude and honestly their work is cheap apparently they only care aboutmaking there money and not you leaving with a tattoo you truly love. They suck go to Slave to the Needle there work enviornment and overall experience is WAYYYY better Lucky Devil sucks!

«Awesome tattoo shop, if your looking for good work at a reasonable price, then look no further. I went here and got a scorpion on my arm and was so impressed with the end results, I gave an extra tip to the artist. I’m definetly a fan and plan to come back for more»

I would have given them a zero but I wanted to make sure that I didn’t get filtered. Walked in and smelled pot. I then walked out. Who smokes pot and works with sharp objects? I wanted my ears stretched but no way with these bozos. Not professional in my opinion.

I was recommended to go to Cammeron at this tattoo shop by a co-worker. I had seen his work on her and really liked his style. He now has done 3 tattoos for me. When asked about my work, I give out his card that I carry in my wallet. It’s a good shop but it’s not for the faint of heart. Be prepared for tough language and a variety of people(it is in South Seattle). They don’t care for children to be in the shop either so I would highly respect the most common rule of: NOCHILDRENINTHETATTOOSHOP.

This is actually a fantastic shop that gets almost no publicity based on the fact that they tattoo in south Seattle. A lot of people talk about how the area or the shop is ghetto, but who cares. It’s a tattoo parlor… if you want to be tattooed in a place that looks like a plastic surgery clinic, then you should go elsewhere. Yes, they do $ 30 name tattoos, but they are as capable as any other tattoo shop in the more affluent areas when it comes to designing and executing large custom pieces.

I got a quick, smaller tattoo from David today. I’ve been needing to test the waters a bit at a new shop to finish up by back piece. He was a nice guy, and charge a reasonable rate for what I got. I was pretty impressed, so I definitely plan on going back. They are cash only, but there’s a WalGreens across the street with an ATM :)

I actually saw the ratings for the Lucky Devil on 12th ave but my boyfriend told me there was one in the South. When I asked an estimate for my first tattoo at Lucky Devil from Mike, he charged me a very reasonable price of $ 100 – 120 and I instantly accepted. He gave suggestions, told me what I should or shouldn’t do and immediately worked on it to make a stencil. Mike, along with the other artists are really down-to-earth and honestly do not take any bs from people. Despite the run-down look of the place and oddly placed pool table in the middle, the people that manage the place are extremely sweet and nice. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. My artist Mike is soooo sweet! He gave me a piece of paper for after tattoo care which I thought was really helpful. He requested that I make a review on Unilocal, and here I am trying to bring business to the Lucky Devil in the SOUTH!!! If you’re looking for a great group of artists who are out-going, open-minded and down-to-earth visit the lucky devil in the south not 12th ave! My experience for my first tattoo was memorable and fun! Can’t wait to get another one from them!

If you want a name or small text, go here. Its like…$ 35 for that? And theyre in South seattle, so like they say best themselves«specializing in baby mamas names» haha. But seriously, theyre so great. I go in just to say hi. The artists have talent, my half sleeve that gets compliments by everyone, even bigger name tattoo artists, was done by a guy here who no longer works here. But theyre great! If youre new to tattoos, theyll tell you what will work and what wont. Super nice characters.
