Going through the process can be quite intimidating, but they made every accommodation possible in order to make me feel comfortable. After our initial meeting I felt confident that Marco and Loren had my back and their knowledge of the industry and market assured me that I was making sound decisions. Marco was recommended to us by my wife’s co-​worker. We were first time home buyers and had no idea up from down when it came to how to navigate the process. Marco held our hand and patiently explained and re-​explained processes and options.
The one rare time that Marco was not available to tour a house with us, Loren did. I loved having Loren join us because she would always notice the charming details about a house that I would have otherwise overlooked. (I learned about cellular blinds from Loren!) Marco was extremely patient and never pushy and he was knowledgeable about home improvement options. May times I wanted to know how much it would cost to add windows or replace the floors or remodel a bathroom and he was able to speak to what it would take to make it happen.
Not only did Marco hold our hands during the house hunt and making offers but he also helped us understand the financing process. He sat down with us and reviewed our financing options when we were totally confused and overwhelmed. He had a great way of putting things into layman’s terms.
During the closing process, Loren sent us daily updates with next steps and what to expect. This was great considering we had never been through the process and didn’t know what to expect next.
The house we finally closed on had a beer tap in the newly remodeled kitchen. And on the day we took possession, Marco and Loren got us a keg of Manny’s and hooked it up. Along with a very nice bottle of wine and some Reidel wine glasses as a house warming gift. We were completely shocked and beside ourselves. Totally not expecting that. but it just goes to show how genuine and thoughtful they are. I think they were equally as excited about our new house as we were.
We are having our house warming party in a few weeks and they will be at the top of the invite list. :)

Marco was highly recommended by a good friend of mine, a loan officer whom my wife and I trusted to handle our financing. So we assumed from the beginning that Marco would be a good fit for us. And he (and his wife, Loren) absolutely was.

My second time using Marco to sell a downtown Seattle condo. Great job both times, 8-​years apart. Marco and Loren are wonderful! They are on top of their game, responsive, and took the time to get to know us and what we really wanted. Being first time buyers, it was really helpful that we could trust them to tell us when a house was overpriced or not a good fit. They really went to bat for us when we found a house we loved, and helped us stay sane in an insane market. Then they helped us sell our condo! Oh my gosh, the marketing they did! They went way above and beyond. Our home looked so beautiful by the end we almost didn’t want to move out! And then really negotiated with the buying seller and got us a price that was above what we asked for. Really, such good people, such great agents. We are so grateful for all they did.

Marco and Loren made finding our dream house fun and easy! They magically got us in a house before others could make more competitive bids– something we definitely couldn’t have done without them and their quick, spot-​on work.

Marco and Loren are the best in the business. When I lived in Southern California, I saw a lot of shady real estate, and my fiancée and I wanted to be extra careful when we purchased my first home. Marco came from a strong referral and it couldn’t have been more dead on.
Marco is patient and all about his clients. From pick up to drop off, from the ins and outs of contracts to the negotiation, and now even good advice on how to use our heater (apparently turn the fuses on) — Marco gives the most amazing service. His expertise, integrity and love for the job really shines through. It also doesn’t hear that he tells wickedly funny stories.
I rarely do a write-​up on Unilocal,but when I do, it’s usually for something really great or hilariously awful. Marco is definitely at the top of the spectrum and Bagel Oasis is still at the bottom — I mean those roundish things are barely bagels.

I moved to Seattle almost 2 years ago and I just bought a condo with Marco’s help. I was sure it would take months to find a place considering the current market, but Marco was able to hone in on exactly what I wanted and find the perfect place in no time! The experience was actually a lot of fun because he & Loren are so fantastic and make such an amazing team. The process was made easier because they always kept me informed of what was going to happen — and when. And it always did!!! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic an agent Marco is! My husband and I were looking for referrals for our first house, and we were given several agent referrals. However, my co-​worker made a point to talk to me directly and rave about how Marco and Loren were the most amazing agents and so of course we decided to choose him.

Marco and Loren Kronen were phenomenal in the selling of our Seattle condo. We moved out of state, and were renting the unit out for 5 years. We finally decided to sell it, but were very concerned at selling the unit in this troubled economy, and had the added stress of attempting to accomplish this from afar.
