History

Established in 1995.

Back in the early 1990s, Espresso Carts were becoming popular in the Seattle area. I started my own Espresso cart and a short time later, moved into my own Coffee Shop. By the end of the first year, I needed help with my taxes and was referred to a CPA. After the CPA very quickly prepared my tax return and then once I saw the price he charged me, I was determined to learn how to do taxes myself.

There was an H&R Block office 2 blocks from my home and I signed up for the class. My goal was to learn how to do my own taxes and after I completed the class, they offered me a job. I sold the espresso shop and accepted a position. During my tenure with H&R Block, my goal was to help small business owners, especially new small business owners as I was one myself previously. Unfortunately, the cost kept many small business owners from obtaining the help that they needed.

After 20 years, I started my own service and I am happy to say that I can now help business owners at a reasonable price.
