I began my private practice with the intention of bringing the benefits of traditional talk therapy, yoga and mindfulness practices into the lives of others.

Business Owner
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with the state of Washington (license #MC60602604), having earned my Master’s of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University. I completed my practicum at the Seattle Veterans Center where I worked with combat veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), victims of Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and those with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Along with traditional talk therapy, I incorporated yoga, meditation, and other physical therapies into sessions. What I witnessed was not only an alleviation of painful symptoms, but for many of my clients, a return to a sense of feeling alive, vital, and engaged in their lives.
