Yes, so hardcore yes! It’s totally full of things I want and want and then those I must have.
Furniture, décor accents, antiques, classic and vintage, modern, it’s all there.
Prices are between antique store and garage sale or more aptly ‘Clover-​approved’ pricing on things that are just begging to update, change or just accent your décor.
Mostly larger pieces for the living room (no beds or dressers), lamps, table top goodness, shelves and things to go on the wall live here with the friendly shop dog who we were happy to hold hands with as long as it was possible. (you’ll see)
You can consign or just shop, and ask if you don’t see something, they have another location in Greenwood that has more things as well.
Love it. Serious. Big. Love.

I went to Mosaic for the first time a few days ago with my husband and son. We were looking for something very specific and left without buying anything (my hubby is a killjoy). We ended up going to 7 different consignment stores in the Ballard/​Queen Anne areas on our hunt and I have to say that Mosaic is my favorite. I went back today to spend a bit more time looking. I got to speak with the new owners who were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They brought an item out of the back for me and it was exactly what I was looking for. They cleaned it and fixed the backing (it was a vintage mirror) which was a great added service and something I did not expect. Their items are well organized, reasonably priced, and they have a nice variety. The store is neither too sparse nor too crowded with items. I can’t wait to go back from time to time to check out their new loot!

For furniture this store has nice, reasonably priced items. For clothing, the option is no longer available. I went there yesterday to consign and was told they stopped some time ago. Their website has not been updated.

This place is packed with stuff and its not really a good kind of packed. Its a packed so tight you can’t even move the clothes aside on the rail to look at the one cute shirt out of the hundreds of not so cute shirts there. I felt like this place was the middle class of thrift stores, the clothes are what you would find at fred meyer or penny’s… they were cute but nothing exciting at all. And because the clothes were packed so tight on the rails i didn’t really get any enjoyment out of picking through.
They seperated their «plus sizes» out onto two small racks at the side of the store, honestly they should have just put them in with the rest and used those racks for their overflowing shirt area. They had some cute purses and jewelery and a very small rack of purely «vintage» which I’m not sure but some of that stuff looked brand new to me but whatever.
They have a consignment or thrift or something furniture and housewares section, most of its not old enough to get into an antique store but young enough that it could sell. I found some beautiful pillows but they were a touch more expensive then I’d like considering they were used pillows… $ 20 btw.
Parking is easy to get to but dear lord is it hard to turn left back onto that one street out front, i sat there for about 8 or 9 minutes before i decided to meander around till i found another entrance.
Overall i was underwelmed by this place.

I found them by noticing a few postings on Craigslist. When I realized they were really close to me, we had to visit.
So they sell both used and consigned items. We were looking for furniture in particular and they had some interesting sets. Most were above our price range, but they were nice to look at… especially this dining table, with a center made from a ship’s hull. Or a long train (?) bench that was also a trundle bed.
The woman running the place was real nice and showed us items we asked about. We decided to buy a rug for $ 45 (rugs are so expensive, why did anyone not tell me?) which is a steal.
We’ll probably go back here on a semi-​regular basis to see what else they have. Lovely pieces the ones we wanted (the bench, the ship hull table, and this shelving unit), but too expensive for us, alas. We’ll be patient though.

There are a few nice finds in this store. The clothing is mostly gently used and in good condition. They have some good designer label clothes too.
The organization of the clothing and shoes makes it feel more like a retail store than a thrift/​consignment store. The clothing prices are a little more than I would like to pay, but I understand the middle man mark up when dealing with consignment.
I love the way they have staged the furniture more like an antique store. It really adds to the shopping experience. The home décor has some kick ass bargains, I only wish it took up more of the store.

I went here yesterday to check out a couch that my friend saw posted on Craigslist (she lives downtown and doesn’t have a car, while this place is right around the corner from my house).
I guess the store had a sale a while back, and this little couch didn’t sell, so they posted it (trying to make more room, it seems like) on CL.
It was really cute and the price was right for what it was, so I let my friend know that she should definitely arrange to come get it.
The lady who owns/​runs the store was super nice, and went over the couch with me, pointing out its flaws and giving me a little history on it (I think she said it used to belong to her friend).
I didn’t actually buy anything myself because I’m on a tight budget right this second, but there was plenty to look at, and I will certainly go back.
They’ve got everything from some nice pieces of furniture to vintage jewelry to formal gowns and jeans. I especially noticed the jewelry (inexpensive and I saw several things I’d have liked to have gotten) and the clothing was very reasonable.
The furniture area is set up antique store style, in home-​like room settings, and everything has a price tag, right down to the area rug.
The clothes are really nicely arranged, someone obviously spends some time on that.
I will definitely be going back, and I feel like this place could fill my second-​hand shopping needs quite nicely. Smaller and tidier than Value Village or Goodwill, the prices are better and it doesn’t look like I’ll ever encounter the kind of feeding frenzy i often run into at the big thrift stores! They’ve only been open about five months, so go new business!

This place is great! They have a ton of great stuff that looks practically brand new, it’s clean and well organized which is not common at second hand stores. The owner is incredibly friendly, and I tell all my friends to check Mosaic out!

Awesome store! We got a great loveseat for cheap and saw lots of other cute things. On top of that the owner was willing to deliver it to our nearby house and was extremely friendly. I definitely suggest shopping at Mosaic.
