Established in 2011.

Nick Leung Photography was born shortly after he discovered his passion for creating beautiful memories for people. He had always been interested in photography, but it wasn’t until a solo backpacking trip across Asia, that he discovered this passion. Ask Nick to tell you the story!

Hi! My name is Nick! I’m a professional wedding photographer and I absolutely love what I do. I see my profession not only as a photographer, but also a story teller. Whether it’s from the wedding album or just from one single frame. They all tell a story. I enjoy wedding photography because I enjoy capturing the interaction between people. The kind of feelings shown during the most important day of people’s lives, I love being able to immortalize those moments.

It gives me great joy to bring happiness to people with a photograph. Look through my portfolio! One of my specialty is my ability to take night wedding/​engagement photos with very dramatic effects. We were referred to Nick through a mutual friend and I instantly fell in love with his work. He did our engagement and wedding photos and he captured every moment so beautifully. He was extremely friendly, easy to work with and professional at every level. My favorite is all the night pictures where he plays with the lighting and bring out soft and emanating glows to make our pictures look romantic and enchanting. I would recommend looking at his «white umbrella» pics.
We also used his photo booth services for our wedding and our friends loved it! He brought his own props, he had an assistant that was manning the booth all night and the quality of the pictures came out great. We also got a copy of all photo booth pics so we were able to see the pics that our friends took. I highly recommend Nick for all your photography needs!

Nick did a session for us engagement photo shoot style. He was very fun to work with and we were extremely impressed with the results. He’s good at making everyone feel comfortable and makes sure we’re having a good time and that definitely comes through in the final product. The best thing about Nick is that he is so dedicated to his craft that he’s continually perfecting new techniques, so by the time you’re done reading this post he’s only gotten better and more skillful, cool huh?

Nick is a great photographer to work with, he is friendly and most important thing, he cares. I hired Nick to photographed our engagement and wedding day last August, we are happy and satisfy of what he delivers. Nick has a very unique eyes for romantic. All we did were just stand there and Nick will do the rest of the work like direct posing, lighting, background, angles to capture a beautiful moment for us, he will lay on the ground to get that special angle if he has to. I have lots of compliments regarding our engagement/​wedding photos. We felt like money had well spent. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.

Nick photographed our engagement session and wedding this past June, and the pictures turned out BEAUTIFUL! During both sessions Nick was professional, and made my husband and I feel comfortable trying out different poses. To my husband and I, the photos were the most important part of our day — photos are how you remember the little things, or see the moments you missed during the day — photos are what you share with your loved ones, and pass on to your children. When looking for a wedding photographer we wanted someone that is creative/​artistic yet still fairly traditional. I stumbled upon a friend’s wedding photos on Facebook (that Nick took) and knew instantly that Nick was the one we wanted to photograph our wedding day. The techniques Nick uses are amazing — I especially fell in love with his lighting techniques, they are like nothing I’ve ever seen before. He has an amazing eye and is an absolute dream to work with!
I have received countless compliments on the professionalism, kindness, and skill of Nick and his assistant, Simon. Our photos are absolutely breathtaking it’s hard to decide which to order/​print (we have over 900 to choose from!) We are sooo happy we picked Nick to photograph our wedding and engagement. I was extremely impressed with his work browsing through his facebook page so when my sister recommended him, I reached out without hesitation. We were so glad that Nick was available for our wedding date. Nick is always very responsive to emails and so patient with my never ending requests :) Our pictures turned out so amazingly beautiful! I did very extensive research while looking for a photographer. I was looking for something unique, but fun. I really wanted someone that had the skills, but also someone I felt comfortable with. From day one; my husband and I felt like we were hanging out with a good friend. He was so easy to work with and understood what we wanted. Our wedding photos came out so incredible that my friends have mentioned that they are the best photos they’ve ever seen. Nick has such a creative mind and his passion for photography is so inspiring. While going through my photos, I began tearing up. That’s when you know you have an amazing photographer; someone that was able to capture the moments that brings tears to your eyes. He is worth every penny and you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I chose Nick to be our engagement and wedding photographer. Nick has great positive energy and wonderful sense of humor that can make you feel more comfortable in front of his lens.
We don’t take picture much and don’t consider ourselves photogenic people, therefore we were notably awkward in our first session. After knowing that I was not completely happy with our first engagement session, Nick offered a second engagement session at no extra cost. This time, he caught everything we asked for and so much more. We have received so many compliments on how great the photos turn out.
Nick also did a fantastic job photographing our wedding day. Nick and his assistant were very professional, they were in great spirits and really helped keep me cool, calm, and collected in addition to photography duties. He and his assistant not only captured many little details that we missed on the big day, our family and guests, but also our personalities.
Overall, Nick was easy to work with and offered great suggestions on what to do and photo locations. His photo turnaround time even during busy season is very reasonable. I highly recommend taking a look at his Facebook page and website to see his most recent photos.

Nick is a very talented photographer and he’s always striving to improve himself. Nick was recommended to me from a close friend of mine. Nick did some professional photos for me and they were all wonderful. He works different angles, lighting, and backgrounds to make you stand out in the photos. He did a fantastic job editing the photos as well which made every photo look flawless. Nick definitely puts a lot of time and effort into his trade, but he does it efficiently which is important because you don’t want to be waiting months for your pictures.
Nick is definitely a great photographer to work with. He takes in the things you want to incorporate and makes sure you’re satisfied with the results. I appreciate photographers sharing photos with me during the shoot so we can discuss if I like something or want to change something. Better than waiting til the end and only liking three out of the hundreds of photos you took.

Nick did such an amazing job on our engagement photos! He was referred to us by a close friend and from seeing how amazing their engagement photos turned out we were real excited for him to do ours! He was great to work with and although it was awkward at first in doing some of the poses, he made great effort in having us feel more comfortable in front of the camera! He was able to capture all the perfect moments and he also took some fun shots of us being our naturally silly selves! We also appreciate how he gave us a sneak peek of teasers within a week or so after our session and we were able to use some of those for our save the dates! All our photos were ready within 2 weeks and we’re happy on how beautiful they turned out! Nick is a very talented photographer with creative use of lighting and significant attention to detail!

We took photos for our Christmas cards with Nick this past year and we had a great time working with him. Nick was accommodating with our short timeline. We ended up having to take our photos on a very muddy and rainy day with our two dogs but he still managed to capture amazing shots on a not so pretty day. He was patient with our dogs and was able to guide us and the dogs naturally while photographing. Although nervous at first, Nick was able to make the whole experience fun and easy going. We ended up with so many great photos we had a hard time picking one for our card. Nick is professional, incredibly talented and you can really tell that he is very passionate about his work.

Nick came to the site early to scoop out locations for the shoot. We had our 3 year old with us and Nick able to get him to participate. Nick spent several hours with us to get the perfect shot and even reached out to me with questions on the kind of shots I wanted to get in. We are extremely happy with the end results there was little editing needed. Nick is also a pro with natural lighting. We will definitely use him for future family photo shoots. In terms of professionalism and skill he is one of the best.
