The Sagamore Apartments are located in the University District of Seattle, within walking distance to UW campus, shops, and restaurants. The modern building is secure and is monitored by cameras. Each apartment has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, disposal, and microwave included. There is also a full-​size stackable washer/​drier inside each unit. In addition, tenants are able to enjoy a rooftop deck with patio furniture and view of the city.

The Sagamore has studios, one bedrooms, and two bedroom/​one bath apartments. Secured, assigned, garage parking is available for $ 75 a month.

Currently we do not have any apartments available.

Note: This is not undergraduate housing; do not call for short-​term (less than 12 months) or furnished rentals. No dogs permitted, cats with permission, 100% non-​smoking building. All applicants must have good rental references and good credit to be approved

History

Established in 2003.

Built in 2003 the Sagamore is a efficient building that has all Energy Star Appliances.

I lived at the Sagamore for 2 years, and I have to say that it is still my favorite apartment of all the places I’ve stayed before or since in Seattle. The size is great, the location was great if you need to be close to the interstate, and the rent didn’t go up more than $ 25 while I was there. The best part about the Sagamore, however, is the landlord. Laura is, hands down, the most trustworthy landlord I’ve ever had. When we did the move-​in walkthrough, she was honest. It’s not perfect, but if you keep it in its current condition, no worries. She marked everything to be in «fair» condition rather than «perfect» like most other places would. When I moved out, there were no surprise charges. She would have things fixed quickly, and is just a super nice person to know in general. I HIGHLY recommend living at the Sagamore.
p. s. Amazing Thai Cuisine is downstairs, and it’s awesome, too.

I loved living at the Sagamore. The apartments are really nice and well maintained. There’s a lot of storage space in the bathroom and kitchen. It’s walking distance to a small Safeway, Walgreens, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. What more can you ask? Plus, it’s really close to lots of good restaurants. It’s really easy to take public transit to UW or downtown, and it’s right off I-​5. We had to move because my job was in Renton, and the I-​5 bridge is always clogged :(The one thing we didn’t like was the parking garage. The spaces are very small and there are very tight corners to get in and out of the garage. But we LOVED our apartment. The management is great too, very quick to respond and we had no issues moving out and getting our deposit back. I would highly recommend this place.
