Seattle Executive Spa

I would highly recommend Seattle Executive Spa, this was my first visit. The front office staff was professional, friendly and area was clean and comfortable. I was even offered a beverage.
The room where my procedure was performed, was also very clean. Jimmy Brown, RN, BSN performed my procedure and explained everything to me and also took plenty of time to answer any additional questions. I’m pleased with my procedure and I look forward to visiting the Spa again. Thanks to all of you again. Please keep me informed of any events

There’s so much I could say but believe I’ll keep it simple and say I wish I hadn’t ever gone here, would never go here again, and I recommend you go somewhere else. I’ve been having small amounts of botox injected in the same areas about every 3 – 4 months for over four years. I saw a groupon ad and thought I would give these guys a shot. My results were nothing like what I was told. I was given way too much product and in the wrong areas.
I hope in time my face returns to normal. Awful experience.

Used a groupon for my lip injections. They were quick and friendly and my lips look AMAZING. I have gotten loads of compliments. If I hadn’t moved states I would always be going back!

While Seattle Executive Spa is a wonderful establishment all around, what makes them stand out from the crowd is Jimmy. Not only is he excellent about what he does, he really listens to your concerns and takes them into account. When making suggestions, he says something like «you already have such beautiful skin, but this is something that would accentuate your beauty even more» so that you leave feeling like a beauty regardless of whether you went in for fillers, facial, or just a consultation instead of a barbarian like some places can leave you feeling.
I have had lip fillers twice and he was careful to ensure I was completely numb both times. It was done so carefully that I had very minimal bruising the first time and none at all the second (your mileage may vary of course). While my lips are definitely larger, Jimmy makes them look so naturally plump that only my most intimate friends and family notice.
He is clearly someone who is very passionate about what he does. When he is evaluating me, I feel like Kate Winslet when Jack was painting her in the Titanic. Haha! Just go see him-​with the Groupon offer combined with this review, you seriously have no excuse not to.
You’ll see what I’m talking about with the Titanic thing when you do.

I attended a party with a girlfriend of mine at this Spa. It is in a great location downtown. Big lovely bright office space with lots of rooms. I purchased a package of three Micro-needling’s. It gets rid of fine lines around the eye area. It makes little micro holes around the treated area. Your body does self-​repair and makes new collagen. I like the fact that nothing artificial is put in my body. Ask for Jimmy he is the RN that did my procedure. He is very good I had almost no pain. On the 1 – 10 scale maybe a 1. I will be going in for my third treatment this month. My eye area is looking much better.

Worst customer service!!! One star is actually too much credit! Machines breaking down. They don’t call back, when you leave a message. Don’t even waste your time with or money! They gave excuses or wouldn’t get back to me. Demanded my money back. Read other reviews after my experience. They had some reviews and people never received money back, people wrote bad reviews after Danica left. Many other places have the same services and are more professional. This place is only about getting money from you and very poor management. even, management never called back. Rated zero!!! !

I honestly don’t know why this places has so many questionable reviews– I visited the spa today for the first time and had an absolutely lovely experience. Jerry was fantastic, so kind and careful and I’m really happy with the work he did. He took his time to talk me through the procedure (I had a lip filler put in) and was very gentle throughout the treatment. The receptionist was kind, the office is clean and professional and I will definitely be coming back. Take the other reviews with a grain of salt, I was nice and polite to these people (as you should be) and got nothing but kindness and excellent service from them.

Minus 5 stars, Buyer beware: I called in to make an appointment for a groupon I bought and was told the machine was in repair and I should buy a much more expensive procedure. I explained I wanted the original cellulite service and was again told the more expensive service would be better. This went on for 10 more minutes of back and forth after which was told let’s make payment arrangements, so easy. Now I not usually easily persuaded but I acquiesced and put a down payment of $ 1000.00. Hung up the phone and immediately regretted it.
I had pressing issues to attend to and called a hour later to void the transaction. Left repeated messages, urgent etc.
They refused to give my money back and now I’m working with my bank to dispute the charge.
Fraudulent, desperate, cheats.
If I were you reading this go get your beauty treatments elsewhere.
Anyplace that has to resort to such dishonest tactics is sketchy at best. Consider yourself warned.

I called to make an appoint and had to leave a mesage and then I got an email letting me knw what as a new customer I can only come in on certain days. Then once I got scheduled I have to reschedul and once again a snarky email telling me that they need my credit card to secure an appointment, so I wrote back saying:
I have to be honest, I feel a bit uncomfortable giving you my credit card # to hold my appointment. That doesn’t feel very customer service oriented. It never feels good to be asked for a credit without having any level of service beforehand. And, after having read the reviews on Unilocal,I have elected not to come in. I purchased a Groupon Deal that expired in December and I am going to contact Groupon to get a refund. Please cancel my appointment and good luck
After I sent the email I got a response back saying we have cancelled your appointment and if you have any questions let us know. Really?
I caution you to give your credit card # in advance to getting any sort of treatment there.

Skyped-​over conversation with the medically-​trained representative was pleasant enough (thence the second star). Everything else in this ordeal was wretched. They basically just took my money, held it for months and months, and now maybe (maybe) they will be returning it to me because I’m not a viable candidate. Well, thank heavens for small favors.
Avoid.

My experience has been excellent! I am very happy with the weight loss management program and the superior care and advice given by Dr. Coy! So far I have had amazing results and have seen improvements in my overall health.
Thank you for helping me move towards my goal. So far after only 5 weeks I have accomplished more than I could ever have on my own. You definitely have made a difference in my life!

Seattle Executive Spa is my favorite place for a massage in downtown Seattle. Staff members are extremely friendly and always offer advice and help for whatever questions you may have. Every time I come to the spa I feel very welcome and comfortable, which is important when you’re trying to relax. They offer great deals and great services. Next time you’re there ask for Brad. He gives a stellar massage, especially if you have back pain from sitting in an office chair all day and he’s super nice!
There are two reasons I’m rating this place 4 out of 5. The first is that if you go on a typical weekday, you can hear weights from the gym above hitting the floor. The second is that it can be difficult to get an appointment on weekends.

I’m back to write an update on how wonderful I think Seattle Executive Spa is and why you should go here. Recently a unhappy Unilocaler, who reports negative on every place she visits challenged my review. So, I wanted to reconfirm my love for this place.
The staff is amazing. They recently made some postiive changes as any small business does. They listen to their clients needs and do their best to build a community of happy clients. I being one of their favorite fans.
I have never felt cheated, but the opposite. If you take advantage of their specials it feels like your bank of treatments last forever.
I refer all my friends here and they are very happy. My original statement stands true. Be careful of the opinion you take from unhappy Unilocalers and let the average of reviews speak for itself. The staff here will go out of their way to make you happy. Promise.

The most horrible spa experience of my life.
Rude, unresponsive, but most importantly, they essentially steal from you.
Yep, outright double charge for services, that you’ve already paid for that they’ve conveniently lost proof of. And then wont return calls or emails once you’ve provided proof from your bank, so they don’t have to refund you.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now but kept forgetting. First let me start by saying that Daniela is extremely talented and very sweet. If I was reviewing her only I would give five stars. Sadly the rest of the spa doesn’t even deserve a single star.
I visited her because I bought a daily deal for some Botox. Everything went great the first visit and I even bought some extra.
The next time I came in Daniela told me about a deal they had for Juvaderm filler (lip injections for me). I called and paid the next week over the phone and scheduled my appointment. I had the injections done and went out to the front. The gal working there asked me for payment. I explained that I already paid. She started digging through receipts and said she couldn’t find mine.
I offered to send over my credit card statement with proof of my payment. I even gave them my card number to hold on file on the small chance that I was wrong and it hadn’t been processed.
I immediately contacted my bank when I left and it had indeed been charged. I sent over a copy of my bank statement and communicated with their manager off and on for several days. I finally received a semi-​nasty email from the spa owner (or so she said). She told me I would have to take this up with my bank as they didn’t have the payment. She then told me they tried to charge my card again but only charged half of the amount and that I needed to call and pay the rest immediately. I messages her back telling her I wouldn’t be paying anything until I received a refund from my bank for the charges previously (I had disputed). I never received a reply from her.
Over a month later I received the money back that I had disputed for the first full charge. I emailed her and said I would be happy to pay (again) for the second half (even though I had only used one unit and really didn’t want to come back). No response.
My sister in law visited there to get some work done several months later and they had the gall to talk poorly about me and say I still owed them money. SERIOUSLY!!! They are an unorganized disaster and I would recommend staying away. You get what you pay for on daily deals — cheap!!!
I now visit Renew Med Spa in Southcenter and LOVE them 1000 times over.

Shady billing practices…
I visited here several months ago with a few friends. We paid as a group (partial cash/​partial credit). Several months later they called me and threatened to send collections since they had no record of my cash payment.
Not a trust worthy operation! There are several other spas available in Seattle who will provide a more professional service. Don’t waste your time here.

My «go-​to» place to get a massage. Joey is a miracle worker! I can’t really speak to the other therapists… but I wouldn’t think of ever switching.
If you’re looking for a great deep-​tissue or sports massage, he’s the call you need to make! I have consistently had the best massages with Joey. He is smart, perceptive, and personable. As an athlete, we make demands of our bodies that are beyond the reach of ibuprofen, self –massage and foam rolling
Joey has a way of finding the root cause of pain and working through it. I usually walk out of the Seattle Executive Spa refreshed and happy. Lighter on my feet :)
I’ve lived in many big cities with robust numbers of highly qualified therapists (Boston, D.C., L. A, Chicago). I would rank Joey top 5%. Superstar.
The location is ideal for busy folks who work downtown – I’m at Amazon and the walk is only 5−10minutes for me. Love the convenience of it.

My masseuse fell asleep. Seriously. This has never happened to me nor anyone else I have asked. Worst experience ever. The dude fell asleep, admitted he fell asleep. I told him I was uncomfortable continuing but he insisted on going through with but that I needed to talk to him the entire time. Real relaxing. I should have left, but since I had no clothes on, I did not want to get off the table in front of him and he would not leave the room.
I have not written this review until now though this happened a couple months ago as I wrote to the spa management about the situation, hoping they would offer to repair the situation. While they initially offered me a free massage, they never scheduled it for me despite my repeated attempts to contact them at the number provided. I sent an email a couple of weeks ago again requesting a repair of the situation, but no response was received. It’s even worse since I am a member of the gym where the spa is located — you’d think they would want gym members as clients! And I have see this creepy guy occasionally, too. No way will I go back.

Check-​in: Just felt the receptionist did not want to be there. Not the friendliest of welcome.

Kristine got me from the waiting area for my facial.
I was late because of the traffic so that set the tone for the appointment.
After my face was cleaned, I asked if there would be extraction. Reaction: O-K…I’ll try to get what I can.
When I asked if I’d get steam, then I was told «Well, you’d have to wait because it takes a while to warm up». I thought, sure, how else could you extract?
I can’t imagine extraction without steaming first!!! Just what was she thinking?
Steam was directed very closely to my face and only on one side of my face. Um, can you help me please…
Did minimal extraction, then felt I was bustled out because the time was up.
Improvements: work on front end of business to make your clients feel welcomed, train your staff to understand what constituents an effective facial and help them see that pamper time is what this business is all about.
To summarize: I won’t be back.

I purchased a deal on groupon for botox and scheduled my apt right away.
My doctor was Daniela, who was very professional, recommended to try dysport instead of botox. I went with her recommendation and I love the results. She did an amazing job, and less then in 3 days I looked 10 years younger! I would come back to her anytime.
