The Exercise Space will provide you with functional fitness and nutritional guidance which will inspire and motivate you to find a balance. You will learn different exercises every session, and by making small changes within your life, we’ll reach and stay within your goals. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Training is available at our space, your space, or outside. We can show how to get fit with just your own body weight and a few simple tools.
History
Established in 2007.
Dawn Brent started The Exercise Space as an answer to those who wanted an option to ‘gym’ trainers. Having worked in a gym and being challenged to meet sales quotas as a means to determine success — I left that behind to instead spend my passion teaching people how to get fit and find their balance with a healthy lifestyle and having fun! The Exercise Space is currently contracted with The Four Seasons Hotel, Seattle and operates out of modest loft style studio in Pioneer Square, downtown Seattle.

Fitness is my passion and I want to share it with you! We are all motivated in different ways and I will work with you to help you find your exercise space. Mine happens to be anything that keeps me moving… especially a hike, snow shoe, mountain bike, or swim.
