History
Established in 1963.
The Little Red Hen has been a Seattle institution for over 40 years. One of the few places in Seattle to provide live country entertainment and we do so 5 nights a week. Karaōke on Wednesday is one of Seattle’s greatest Karaōke events. Monday Karaōke recently added! The Little Red Hen was started as a family business and retains the family atmosphere. Our hand painted murals by Ray Jeffries adorn the walls and have been featured in newspapers and magazines nationwide. The Little Red Hen was featured in a song, written & performed by The Ridler Brothers which has been used in radio advertising for the Hen. The Little Red Hen has always been open 354 days a year, only being closed on Thanksgiving! In the past during the Olsby family ownership, there were family picnics at various locations & the outdoor summer Shindigs with live music and cotton candy and dunk tanks and barbecue. The fun never ends at the Little Red Hen!
