Three Tree Point Bed & Breakfast

We have stayed twice at Three Tree Point B &B — and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. The inn is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic and a view of Vashon Island, the bed is luxurious, the couch very comfy, the kitchen is well stocked to make your own meals should you choose, the fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt bar and cookies are delicious to enjoy breakfast at your own pace. Plus they have a really cool white German Shepherd who is fun to play with.

When we started looking on-​line for a room in Seattle I was in Sticker shock especially for hotels around the downtown area. I started looking at B&Bs and found TTPB&B, looked at the site and started booking the Suite for our stay… When the pricing came up I felt it was a pretty decent deal for all you get (Free parking, Free WiFi & breakfast) so I booked it thinking it’s gotta be better that paying almost $ 400 downtown. We received the email confirmations and communication all the way up to our stay.
So we land in Seattle, get a car and start heading to the B&B…it’s about 10 minutes from Setac, with GPS the place is a breeze to find. We park the car and see the sign for the suite and head to the room-​the door was unlocked and we walked in to the living room nicely dimmed and the TV playing smooth jazz, we were like WOW! The room is really not a room but a small 1 bedroom house, there were cookies and candy laying out for us, the fridge stocked with soda, juice and water.
The one thing I thought was unusual is the way they served breakfast, all the food is there to make yourself.(as we are used to going to a set time for breakfast in any other B&B)…BUT in the morning after a long days travel there’s just no way I would have gotten up early to go eat. the kitchen was well stocked with everything, eggs, pancake mix, milk bread for toast, cereal, fresh fruit, danish etc… Now I understand why they do this and it is pure genius!!!
In the morning Penny came down to meet us and of course Callie too, and all I have to say is-​if you never meet this wonderful woman you have missed out on knowing one of the most loving, caring fun people you have ever met. You can tell she oozes with love for her little peace of paradise and wants to share it with people. Penny goes above and beyond to make your stay as fun and relaxing as possible.
I really can’t believe how inexpensive it is to stay here, she could be easily getting double for all you get… it’s a ridiculous deal and a half. The TTPB&B is a must stay while in Seattle.
Our little suite was extremely clean cozy and made you feel extremely relaxed.

My husband and I spent our wedding night here at the The Three Tree Bed and Breakfast and couldn’t have imagined anything better! The cottage was a secluded piece of heaven complete with gorgeous views of Puget Sound and more tasty breakfast options than we could eat! Penny and Doug were more than accommodating and thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay on our wedding night that we chose to spend our first anniversary back at the cottage! Once again we were amazed at all the breakfast options, the romantic fireplace, beautiful views and wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend the Three Tree Bed and Breakfast and definitely plan to return!

My husband and I were guests at Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast for four days during a recent trip to Seattle and we can’t say enough good things about it. We stayed in the gorgeous and cozy cottage, which has a beautiful bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The whole cottage is made up of windows except for one small wall that accommodates the flat panel TV and the wall in the kitchen, on which the appliances are located. This recently-​renovated, casual but elegant space is so very comfortable we felt right at home from the first moment.
The cottage is surrounded by an almost 360 degree view of the water, with Mt. Rainier providing the most perfect backdrop imaginable. The lovely exterior deck with barbecue grill and fireplace takes perfect advantage of that in all seasons.
Our hosts provided everything we needed including first-​class bedding, towels, robes, hair blower, etc. If you need it, they provide it. The kitchen is stocked with everything for breakfast from stone-​cut oats to Greek yogurt and Penny restocks yummy fresh pastries every day. You’ll have to go hiking just to keep your waistline in check!
The location is excellent, too; only about fifteen minutes from Sea-​Tac airport and 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. We also visited Tacoma and found it a fast drive as well.
Oh, and I must say, this place is immaculately clean. Really top-​notch in every way. Our favorite B&B of all time. Thanks, Penny & Doug!
