Bill was on time, frindly and did a wonderful job. We just moved in and didn’t know what types of carpet we had, and he quickly realized it was wool and took extra care in cleaning. Very much appreciated this attention to detail. Will use again and highly recommend!

Great service and very professional ! The owner was very nice and was able to fit me into his schedule immediately. He cleaned a large shag rug for me and it probably room him about 15 minutes altogether. It’s nice and clean now, thank you!

Bill was great! He was willing to accommodate my schedule and showed up on time. I think Bill owns and operates the business by himself but he’s super professional and even gave me tips on taking care of my carpet after the cleaning. My carpet was pretty clean with no spots to begin with so I can’t tell if the cleaning was effective or not but his pricing with the first time discount was competitive.

I got a promotional rate to try out the service and I’m definitely a fan now. The rep showed up on time to the minute. He was very cordial and asked if we had any trouble spots. Overall the cleaning went well and I’m really happy with the job.
I wish they also fixed carpet bleach stains too. Maybe they do, I didn’t ask.
Highly recommended either way.

Bill was a very nice guy and turned my 5 year old dog owner carpet into basically brand new looking when I moved out. Glad to get all my rental deposit back because of that. Great price too.

What a fantastic company! I had booked a carpet cleaning with another company and they showed up the day of the service and told me they could not do the cleaning because I was in a high rise apartment. You would think they would have asked that question when booking the appointment! I was moving out of my apartment in 2 days and was so nervous I now wouldn’t get my damage deposit back as every company seemed to be fully booked. I called Zimp and Bill moved his entire schedule around to accommodate my situation. They were a life saver in my crisis moment! I really appreciate their spectacular customer service!

Bill is AH-​MAZ-​ING!!! Seriously. I was in dire need of a having a carpet cleaned due to an unexpected out of town guest coming this weekend, coupled with a son who just moved out of his room. I found zimp through Unilocal reviews.
Bill called me back in five minutes, was at my place two hours after that, and one hour later my former son’s room (and now ‘guest room’) looks gorgeous! He’s professional, responsive and does great work — what more could you ask for in a carpet cleaner? I will be calling zimp back the next time we need carpets cleaned! :)

Bait and switch promo of $ 75 for $ 100 service. This company requires $ 125 minimum. Also, never bothered to reply to my online appointment booking, but happily spammed me with requests to refer others. Avoid at all costs… This company can’t even manage appointments well.

This is a professional carpet cleaner I highly recommend. They did everything timely & professional at an affordable & reasonable price.
They fit me in after hours because they knew my time frame and limitations and urgency needed to get the job done. They didn’t have to fit me in and they didn’t charge me extra for fitting me in. He could have charged me more but he’s a honest man and didn’t charge me more. I appreciate that.
I called this business and left a message describing what I needed cleaned and I was called back in a timely manner. This business kept in good communication with me at all times.

Really great carpet cleaning service! Online booking makes it very convenient to make an appointment when you’re available and when zimp is available. My only issue was being unable to contact them via phone or receive any kind of correspondence via email. Every time I called the number I was not able to get anybody on the line. I wanted to confirm that everything was in order the day before the scheduled date but heard from no one. When I didn’t see anyone pulling up at the scheduled start time I called the number again to see if I could see what the status was with the driver, I did not get through to anyone. The cleaner arrived ten minutes after the initial start time, however, and the cleaning lasted about twenty minutes past the originally scheduled time slot. Upon completion I also learned that you cannot double up on discounts so buyer beware: choose either the Unilocal discount you get via booking online or the $ 75 coupon! You can’t have both.

Bill was awesome! I’m only giving him 5 stars because I can’t give him more! Bill’s the man! We sat in the hall and drank beers, while bill cleaned our extremely dirty couches! Now they are lovely! Thanks bill :)

They were quick, came on time, and did a great job cleaning the carpet for an apartment I vacated. I would recommend them to a friend.

This was our second time using ZIMP for our couch and area rugs. They were reasonably priced, prompt, quick, and super polite. Ruben came out and was so accommodating! He helped me move the couch to get underneath, made sure the baby’s room was done first so he could nap, and was just all around amazing.
There’s no question as to who I will call next time I need a carpet or couch cleaned!

I had a roommate that just moved out who was, let’s just say, not very cleanliness oriented and «maybe» smoked in his room. Needless to say, the carpets were filthy and the air was stale/​smoke filled in that particular room. I called up Zimp yesterday, going by the great reviews here.
First off, Ruben and his assistant were able to come earlier than expected. That was nice. Second, it was quick and easy, and they were very professional. Third, they were both *very* nice and thorough.
They did the best they could (I still need to paint to get rid of all the smell), but the carpets looked 100% better — one of my other roommates was having an allergic reaction to the room itself, and after the cleaning, was completely fine standing in the room. (I think it was a dust mite infestation, to be honest.)
Yay Zimp! I will absolutely use them in the future.

After letting the carpet dry overnight, the smell is completely gone.

We were looking to get our carpet cleaned before we listed our house and it was so easy to schedule with Zimp. The real-​time scheduling was easy and painless. The next day, we got a call to confirm our scheduled appointment.
Ruben showed up on time, explained the process and proceeded to work on the carpet. We have had our carpet cleaned before but it has never looked so good and cleaned. He was friendly and worked efficiently, despite the hot day we had!

Didn’t see the 15% discount for mentioning Unilocal.That sucks. Well, onto the review.
I paid for my parents living area and hallway to be cleaned, deodorized, and two other treatments I can’t remember, but pretty much the whole quad package that is offered for carpets, all individually priced. Liked that they were able to come out quickly, easy online ordering and payment was hassle free.
However, my parents weren’t happy with the results. There were still dark marks or spots in some areas that they expected would disappear, and it also looks like the edges of the walls where the carpet hits did not get cleaned at all. They also have large flowing curtains in the front and back of the room where large windows are and those weren’t moved to get the carpet under them so there were major areas missed.
My parents said never use them again. I’m really confused by all of the positive reviews. My fellow helpers have never failed me but this time I’m quite disappointed.
UPDATE: The owner came out the following week to redo the areas that we were not completely satisfied with. He was very nice and did a great job, explained that the person who came out the first time was new and may have been shy about asking us to move curtains and such, which is understandable as my folks aren’t English-​fluent. He also mentioned they have a baby bump special right now where if you’re getting a carpet cleaning because you’re expecting, you get a free house-​cleaning after the baby is born. Very happy with the new results and will recommend Zimp for being customer centric and for the great work they did.
