Doug was great. He came out fast and took care of the yellow jacket problem. He was reasonably priced as well.

BCPC has been spraying my house for years — bimonthly sprays. David is always polite and professional and does a great job. I always receive a call the day before the spray to make sure there is no conflict with the spray as I sometimes pet sit for friends. I no longer have an ant problem and I haven’t seen any termites or carpenter ants, a bad problem my parents had in a neighboring town. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to keep their home ant/​termite free.

I was originally referred to terminix for my spider and wasp issues at my wine country retreat and thank god I didn’t use them. Bay Counties Pest Control was who I went with. They are local and not a huge company but this is the kicker after they did their work they came back a few days later and went under the deck and finished the job which wasn’t accessible during the initial appointment. I will use them regularly for sure.

David is the best. He calls me in advance of when he’s coming. If I leave the dogs home, he is especially careful not to leave the fence open when he is servicing the backyard. He shoots me a text to remind me. Great service for many moons! Thank you!!!

Crap indeed– call in the «Pest Busters»… Bay Counties came recommended by our neighbors and David came out right away.
He sprayed the exterior and treated the black widow web efficiently and quickly. So fast that we barely noticed him come and go. He did come back and do monthly maintenance (at $ 95 a pop), however after awhile the spiders stopped being an issue (perhaps he did too good a job!) so we ended the monthly contract. The Bay Counties Termite and Pest office staff was flexible with cancellations also quick with their response and billing.
I’ll be quick to call them the next time the next pest pops up…
