Bird Busters did a wonderful job cleaning and mitigating my three story building. They arrived on time and finished the work very quickly. The house looks fantastic and hopefully the SF city inspectors will be satisfied. I had gotten a quote from another «large» outfit and they were a good 40% more expensive than Bird Busters which was fantastic.
About the only difficulty that I had was getting the ball rolling. I had to rely on call backs which were not as prompt as I would have thought. I couldn’t use their website as I believe the hosting had expired. It may already be back up but keep trying because it is worth it.

Excellent Service. The infested area is difficult to reach and even more difficult to move equipment into. The team from Bird Busters was able to improvise and implement a solution quickly.

This team was terrific! Easy to work with, competitive pricing, excellent team of installers… We are a small school who had a big bird problem that is now gone. After speaking with a few companies, I was most impressed with the depth of knowledge, standard of service, and commitment to follow-​through of Bird Busters. And they made scheduling as easy as possible, being that we were on a tight timeline. In addition, they humanly removed the nests that were in place and relocated the birds. They were great in every aspect.

Very professional and outstanding service. David is prompt and return phone calls in a very timely manner. He saved me quite a bit in cost by locating and contacting the building owner of a neighboring building and creating a joint project. Both of the building owners are extremely grateful to David for his honesty.

Bird busters is awesome. We’ve used them several times and Dave’s team has done an amazing job handling all of our bird issues. He set up a bird net to keep pigeons from nesting on our building. A few years later, we had some issues with the net and his team was able to repair it immediately at no cost. Highly recommend.

I am restoring an old Victorian that has been abandoned in San Francisco. The birds had been roosting on the roof for 20 years. As soon as Bird Busters left they were flying back to the roof but they couldn’t land. They tried and tried to land with no success, A week later I am happy to say the birds have left for good. Bird Busters also washed the house for me and it looks 10 times better.

Two days after I called him about my pigeon problem, David was at my house with his truck and crew. By the time I came home, the front of my house – and the steps – were pristine, spikes and netting were in place, and puzzled pigeons were picking their way along the street.

If only every business could be like Bird Busters! We had pigeons roosting on our roof and our window sills and making a mess. David came with his truck, completely cleaned the area and installed netting and spikes. He even cleaned our neighbor’s ledge. Problem solved. In addition, his pricing is very reasonable.

We moved into a house with a severe pigeon problem (it seemed that all of the pigeons had been living in the window well for years.) One visit by Bird Busters and the window well was completely cleaned of bird waste and no more pigeons! Highly recommend them.

We have a retail location in SF that had a serious pigeon problem! It was simply terrible. I reached out to a number of vendors who were either non –responsive or too aggressive with our store staff. Needless to say, we are extremely happy that we found Bird Busters! David provided us with an estimate months ago and even though we didn’t immediately move forward with the project, he was still very courteous and responsive when I reached out to him for a new estimate. We were trying to get alternate bids but after one vendor scared our staff about the bacteria in bird poop, I called David right away and asked that he try to fit us in as soon as possible. I was so happy that he gave us an appointment 2 days later but after speaking to him he went ahead and fit us in the same day! YAY! A day later one of our managers had some concerns regarding the netting getting torn and a door that was installed (yes! they installed a door for us too!) and once I brought it to David’s attention, he was back at our location again the very next day and even sent pictures and a video to me via email showing that he’d addressed our concerns. As a retailer we deal with tons of vendors, but the professionalism and responsiveness of David and his team far outweighed other vendors. Even though we had minor concerns with the initial work, David’s get-​it-​done attitude was more than we could have asked and he didn’t even flinch when I asked that some things get tweeked. If you have a pigeon problem and need a reliable vendor who is affordable, actually answers emails/​calls, accommodating and willing to provide exceptional customer service then Bird Buster’s is absolutely the way to go!

We found Dave and Bird Busters to be so helpful in solving our pigeon problem on the exterior of our restaurant. When the problem didn’t get resolved after the first proofing measures, Dave came out again free of charge to add material and fix it. He continued to call to check in on the issue to make sure that the job was complete and satisfactory. This kind of excellent customer service is so rare! We’re thrilled with the experience and recommend his company to everyone.

We are so grateful to David and Bird Busters. Our location on the corner of 24^th St and Mission St is part of the main flying pattern for the pigeons that roost next to the BART Station. We were preparing to paint a huge mural on the outside of our building when we discovered that our vent provides the perfect nesting place for pigeons. The wall and sidewalk beneath it were covered in pigeon poop — gross and unsanitary!
We first called local Barry’s Bird Control, but they were unable to do it because we had no outside water source access for the power washing. They referred us to David at Bird Busters, who not only called us back the very next day and came out shortly afterward to assess the situation in person. David was so helpful and really nice (I guess I was expecting someone disgruntled, since it can be a dirty job). He gave us several options and an extremely fair quote, and was understanding about our budget as a non-​profit.
David went above and beyond what we expected. He came back a few days later, squeezed us into his already full schedule, washed the area and installed spikes so the pigeons wouldn’t nest there — all before any of us had even arrived at the office! His quotes and pricing were extremely fair, and you’ll know upon meeting him that you can trust what he’s suggesting. We haven’t had any problems since! We’ll never use anyone else — Bird Buster’s and David are our go-to’s!

David is simply amazing. He installed netting when we first moved in 5 years ago. This past week the neighbor next door did some work on their storefront awning and damaged our netting. I didn’t realize pigeons were roosting until I saw poop on the ground. I emailed BB and explained the problem. I got a response immediately from David and he said he’d check it out. A few hours later I got a reply saying two birds were released from behind the netting and the netting was repaired. I asked how much and he pretty much said no problem. What a great gesture even on someone else’s mistake! Help out this small business as they can give you better attention other than the bigger companies!

Hands down, the best pigeon proofing option in SF! They do great work at a great price. I got bids from two other contractors before I talked to David at Bird Busters. He went and looked at my building, assessed the problem, took pictures and used them to illustrate what he was proposing, then sent me a comprehensive proposal by e-​mail, all within 24-​hours of my call. His price was less than half what his competitors tried to charge me. He used top quality materials (not crappy plastic pigeon spikes) and did a great job matching areas of protective netting to the paint color of the building. They reached all the areas where we had problems, and our three-​story building is now pigeon (and pigeon dropping) free! I couldn’t be happier with the results.
