Steve has performed over 7,000 home inspections, mold investigations, energy saving audits, radon tests, thermal imaging, EMF consultation and environmental sampling. He is nationally certified, experienced, and fully insured to meet all of your inspection needs. As a recognized expert, he personally provides all field inspection services and as a result is able to maintain the highest Yelp and Angie’s List ratings. As a national expert, he has assisted NBC news NightLine to develop a series of consumer awareness programs regarding unscrupulous contractors, inspectors, mold companies and duct cleaners.
