Michelle Williams provided excellent customer service while shopping for a Pandora charm. I received a bracelet with a passport charm for my birthday and wanted to keep the theme of travel. Michelle suggested the edelweiss flower as the perfect addition to my bracelet as it was a reminder of my trip to Austria. It was a thought outside of the box since the edelweiss was not listed under travel. Since I always think on any costly purchases for a few days she provided me her card. About a week or so later I called back and Michelle was out for that day. I spoke with her manager Lisa Turner who helped me make the phone purchase in addition to adding the Viking charm to my order. Lisa ensured me that Michelle would receive credit for the sale despite the fact she was not in that day. Point of review is that I live in Phoenix. I could have went to any store that sells Pandora and purchased these charms and saved on shipping costs and had instant gratification. Instead due to the time and effort Michelle showed me whilst in the store I chose to call in and make a purchase from that gallery. Very pleased with my charms now that I have them. Lisa even took the time to write a nice more about our conversation when she emailed my receipt. Great customer service. Clean and welcoming store.
