History

Established in 2012.

In 1997 to 2006 we owned and operated a Full Service Janitorial Company, we averaged around 23 employees, an office manager, a 1300 sq. ft. office and shop with around four service vehicles.

We managed several types of accounts in the residential, industrial and commercial markets. We provided work for government building, churches, schools, clinics, hospitals, construction sites, apartments, townhouse, realtors, golf resorts, retirement communities, small business, bowling alleys, airport hangars, manufacturing facilities, large homes, small homes and just about any kind of building you can imagine.

We were a full service Janitorial Company providing all aspects of cleaning and maintaining our clients buildings.

We sold that Business and now here we are.

We’re doing the same thing here on the Peninsula with our Daughter in Port Townsend and us for Sequim and Port Angeles area.

Tim managed the building components of a 42 acre, 85,000 sq. ft. Research Park in Los Alamos, New Mexico for Grubb & Ellis/​New Mexico for two years. Has remodeled many properties over the years and currently has a BPI Building Analysis Certificate from Building Performance Institute in New York and has a level one Thermography Certificate from the Infrared Training Center.

Terri been a professional Baker for many years and has managed a successful retail store «Heart Of The Lotus Gift Bazaar» in the main mall in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
