I love this place! Every time I find myself in Sequim this is the only place I want to go for breakfast. They put a unique, delicious twist on some of the usual breakfast dishes. For example, the Eggs Nicole. It’s eggs benedict but is served on a croissant, with sauteed mushrooms and spinach(and a great option as I’m a vegetarian). It’s soooo good! We’re usually there on a weekend adventure so we also appreciate the tasty mimosas that are also available. The service is attentive and very friendly. In my top 5 places to go for breakfast!

Food was just ok. I had the Waffles with Fresh Strawberries. The waffle was soggy and it was under a ton of whipped cream. The only good thing was that the strawberries were fresh. Service was exceptionally slow. Granted, the place was packed(not sure why). Maybe options are limited in Sequim. This restaurant seems to believe in quantity more than quality. Sorry, but it was just OK.

Old school diner with huge menu. Was good for diner food. In their defense we were there for lunch and it appears to be more of a breakfast place. Service was good.

Absolutely wonderful food. Everything looks absolutely amazing. It took almost 15 minutes just to decide what we wanted to eat. We were looking at every plate that went by and every player that was in front of someone. Not creepy at all, watching people eat. The portions are huge! While they’re incredibly busy and packed, service was quite quick. The friendly staff was on top of everything. It was a very welcomed surprise after having nightmare experiences with lodging and weather. If we’re ever in Sequim again, we’re stopping by for sure!

Really exceptional food. Great for breakfast or lunch. Very family friendly, but still a nice ambiance for relaxing dining. Pancakes here are out of this world!

This place is what American cuisine is all about. Local foods and flavors executed perfectly. Eggs Benedict with salmon was seasoned well and just big enough for a filling breakfast. Wife’s meal was just as good. Long time restaurant and we’ll run place. Get there early as it fills up quickly.

Wonderful lunch in sequim. The berries and cream side was a monster. Enjoyed the patty melt. Good selection of craft beers. We just got a birthday treat!

This place was fantastic! Be warned that Sunday brunch is insane and you may have to wait up to about 1.5 hours before you eat but well worth the wait!!! We will be back as regulars! Pancakes are to die for!

I had the Italian scramble and it was exceptional, unique! The space was nicely decorated and only a handful of folks there at 7:00 am. Pleased to find a good restaurant for breakfast in Sequim.

This place is amazing. I’ve only tried a few things cause I absolutely love the same thing over and over, but I’m sure you cannot go wrong with any of it! The French toast is to die for. They are a hit place, it’s always busy, and the staff is always friendly. I recommend the oak table anytime I talk about going out for breakfast.

This place is great! Granted, we went at 2pm on a Saturday, so it was not super busy. Had the Northwest benedict and hubby had the northwest scramble. The scramble was FANTASTIC and the benedict was pretty darned good. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and reasonable prices(which we are finding are not to be taken for granted on the peninsula). We will be back!

My son usually gives 2 thumbs up. For the waffle with fresh strawberries and ice cream and whipped cream, he gave«100 thumbs up»… For the apple syrup — my daughter said«please don’t talk to me now– I am in heaven now». Amazing food… The Eggs Nicole and Apple pancake are a must try if you are in the neighborhood — if you are close by, do take the detour and visit this iconic place!

Very friendly, old looking breakfast place. I got the peach crêpe and my bf got the strawberry blintzes. Crêpe wasn’t very good in my opinion but the blintzes were delicious. Highly suggest those.

My hubby and I both gave The Oak Table three out of five. We were seated promptly by friendly folks and immediately given our beverages of choice late morning on a Saturday. They were moderately busy. Our wait for our server was a bit but not extensive. The waiter was pleasant, but not particularly engaging. He never did come back to see if we were enjoying our meals. My husband liked his eggs, sausage and pancakes very much. My Garden Scrambled left something to be desired. While the eggs were fluffy, there was a very minimal amount of cheese in the eggs. None of the veggies had been pre-grilled enough to even notice at all. They were hard and cold in the eggs. I found that very off putting as I am used to them being grilled until soft and juicy in eggs, especially the onions and mushrooms! The broccoli was mostly stems rather than florets. I just did not enjoy my dish. The eggs and veggies had no spices at all so it also tasted very dull due to the lack of pre-grilling the veggies. The piped in music was inappropriate for the atmosphere and very noisy. Also, expect a hefty bill. This is a very overpriced placed for what you get. On the bright side, the pancakes, which are automatically served with many breakfast choices are some of the best I’ve ever had as is the whipped butter that goes with them. The coffee is also quite good. Unfortunately, it is all a little bit ruined by the maple syrup *not* being real. How can you be famous for pancakes and not serve real maple syrup, Folks? Apparently they must not carry it since when I questioned the waiter he did not offer the option. If you are looking for a more satisfying brunch and have the time to travel a little farther West, may I recommend the«Chestnut Cottage» in Port Angeles as a better choice. It also has a somewhat more refined and airy atmosphere.

I absolutely loved this place. My aunt and uncle brought me here for omelettes and pancakes. The Mexican omelette was fabulous and had ham, different peppers, cheddar cheese and was covered with a sour cream sauce and diced tomatoes. The thing that makes these omelettes stand out from all others is how fluffy and raised they are. It’s almost a French soufflé. It was accompanied by 3 good sized fluffy pancakes with delicious whipped butter and warmed syrup. It’s not cheap to eat here($ 54 + tip) but the food is so good I can see why this place is consistently packed.

Got to admit I wasn’t impressed, after friends told us how great thier breakfast was we tried it, I’ve eaten 26 years of Navy food and am not real picky. That being said I tried the pancakes and egg with bacon, and coffee $ 12+ and my better half bacon and eggs with potatoes $ 11+. simple right? Eggs mine cooked hard hers somewhat slimy, both ordered over medium, pancakes gooey in the middle not«light and fluffy» as advertised potatoes still raw in center and had to pay extra for 1 piece white toast. Coffee — Great hot Service a little slow(even with many empty tables) portions: small for this area May try again not really sure at this time.

We were only in Sequim for a short amount of time on vacation, but we were lucky to find this charming gem. Family owned, lovely atmosphere, and very friendly staff. There were a lot of regulars whom they knew by name. Not to mention the food was fantastic! We both had burgers as it was early afternoon, but their breakfast sounded amazing as well. If we had stayed longer we probably would’ve eaten here more! Highly highly recommend!

Oak Table Café had great ratings on Trip Advidor and on Unilocal and they are well deserved. We stopped there for lunch while in Sequim briefly and the food was solid. Upon arrival, the restaurant seemed super busy, but luckily the wait was only a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Warning! Come hungry! The food portions were on the larger side and I could have split a meal. He had the bacon and cheese omelette and it was baked so it was huge and fluffy. I had the quiche of the day which was ham and cheese. The crust was soft and flaky and the quiche was very tasty. Anthony’s meal also came with a side of three pancakes. Delicious! The pancakes were fluffy, light, and airy! We also had a refreshing Bellini which was perfect for the warm summer day. A great find!

I can’t believe people are complaining about a small town breakfast being largely portioned and fatty. I thought that was the point of dining out at a mom & pop restaurant? If big portions are the ONLY thing to complain about, then cut your meal in half and enjoy it ;) Luckily enough for us, there were no hotels in Forks or Port Angeles, so we got«stuck’ in Sequim(pronounced Skwim). What a beautiful charming little town this is. We had the option of a continental breakfast, but wanted something more filing. What better choice than this family owned restaurant? My boyfriend challenged me to try something new, but i couldn’t pass up a $ 12 bacon-eggs-pancakes-and-drink-meal. Next time, we will intentionally stop here.
