AMAZING Packaging! We just got back from our vacation in Sequim (beautiful place). Purchased a painting and a small sculpture while in the are, so needed to ship it home to southern California. I couldn’t be happier with the service and entire experience. Arial was so professional and measured everything (twice), then explained how they would package our new artwork for a safe delivery. When I opened the boxes, I truly said WOW out loud. The small wooden sculpture was padded with foam pieces, bubble wrap and packed with corner reinforcements around the edges of the box. It literally took me 15 minutes to unpack it, I think it must have taken them an hour or more to package it so well. The painting was less of a challenge, yet they covered it with a special parchment paper, plastic bag and bubble wrap, and of course, nice boxes for both pieces. Delivery was right on time. Thank you so much, can’t wait to visit Sequim again.

Terrible customer service. Placed shipping order over the phone. Store associate packed item in gigantic box charged over $ 30 for shipping and box costs, not including the cost to ship the item. Same item at other UPS store cost only $ 10 to box up. UPDATE: It was worth coming back to this review to update it. The item arrived smashed, despite the over-​kill in packaging. UPS corporate at least refunded all shipping costs and paid me the equivalent value of the smashed item.
