Best pizza in Shawnee. I always order the chicken and bacon pizza and it never disappoints!

I’ve never wrote a review on here before but after our service tonight I can’t help but take the time out of my day to warn others. Hopefully I can save you some time and money.
For starters, we have ate at this pizza place for a couple of years dating back to when it was the old place and we never had problems before. It was always very quick and always good.
The problems started a few weeks ago when we ordered a pizza and I showed up to get it. I was in the drive thru and some guy came out and said, man I would just go in if I were you because they have everything messed up so I parked and went in. As soon as I came in some lady said good luck getting your order anytime soon because they have all the orders screwed up. So after about 10 mins of waiting and seeing how bad it was I just cancelled it and left.
We’ve ate there at least twice more since then and on one of those trips my wife’s sausage pizza was disgusting. She had me look and smell it and it just seemed very old so she ended up not eating. We let that go because of the Price and how convenient it is for us to eat there.
Fast forward to tonight, my wife ordered our pizzas– one pepperoni and one sausage like usual, she brings it home and opens it up and that is the oldest pepperoni I have ever seen in my life. It was so gross I tried eating a piece just in case my eyes were deceiving me and no it was terrible. She also complained her sausage looked old so we decided you know what, we are tired of paying for bad food so let’s call and see if they will take it back. She calls and automatically the guy had an attitude about it, he said bring it back I’ll look at it and if it’s bad I’ll refund or make a new one and hung up.
Well she takes it up there and of course he is very rude even though it’s his fault for selling bad food. She said he wouldn’t even look at her, he was extremely short with his words and acted like he could care less. She said he asked if she payed with credit and she said yes so he said I need your card and he swiped it handed her a piece of paper and looked down and started writing on something else. She finally asked him if that was all she needed to do and she got a snippy response so she just left. He’s very lucky it wasn’t me that went instead of her. She won’t let someone have it but I promise you I will in a heartbeat. I’ve worked customer service almost all of my life and he handled this situation as wrong as I’ve ever seen.
Just a warning to anyone thinking of eating here. Check your pizza before you leave but I wouldn’t recommend giving these people any more of my business ever.
