Back To Health Physical Therapy

Two words. «Aleksandr Dekhtyarev.»
This guy is the guru of physical therapy. Being a healthcare provider myself with years of experience I am majority of health care providers nightmares because its always a bit harder to treat someone in the field. Its only been a few sessions but this guy has his heart and soul in physical therapy. He’s so attentive, knowledgeable, funny and hardcore that by the end of the session your not sure whether you want to thank him or curse him out because of the good «stretched out» pain, but its all worth it because you can feel improvement.
He goes above and beyond for his patients, he never stops working in the sense that if your having a problem and the office is closed he will give you his number to text or call him for any issues. He genuinely cares about the person/​persons well being. He teaches patients home PT to implement when there not going to the office.
The office is clean and Alex implements a lot of skill in taking care of patients will medical conditions/​Physical therapy needs. The staff is really helpful and tries to keep a smile on your face the entire time your there its like one big family.
While majority of people will look at more than one place before making the decision about where to go keep in mind that if you don’t go to «back to health» your missing out on a really good physical therapist. He has so many certifications after his doctorate of physical therapy that I am pretty sure I cant list them but the most important thing is that he utilizes the knowledge that he obtainned from all those certifications.
On a side note if you plan on driving leave lots of extra time because there is no parking lot and you don’t want to be late for your appointment. Call and make an appointment its not worth waiting a lot of time especially if there busy.

I went to PT because I was experiencing a severe spasming pain and my muscles locked up to the point where I could barely walk for over 2 weeks. Even though I came in as an emergency visit without an appointment I was able to be seen and the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I was blessed to have been treated by Alex D. He was able to quickly assess my situation, pin point the cause of pain and began treatment. After the first visit the next morning I woke up with significantly less pain and more range of motion then I had in 3 weeks. I only needed a few more sessions after that before I was back to normal. Alex is very professional, knowledgable and expresses genuine care for his patient which is rarely found in the medical field anymore. I would definitely recommend him as a physical therapist to everyone.

I have suffered with back pain for a few years now and finally decided to see a professional. I scheduled an appointment with Thomas as he was highly recommended. The office is very easy to get to from the B/​Q train, so that was very convenient. Thomas examined my back and found my problem right away. He treated me and said I need 8 to 10 treatments to get back to shape. Everything was painless and for the first time in many years I woke up the next morning without back pain. I am still going back and getting therapy and some exercise :) I highly recommend Thomas as well as other therapists at Back to Health. Everyone is very professional and attentive.

I was recommended to come here by a friend who had a knee injury. After 8 visits and 3 weeks post ACL reconstruction surgery I am extremely happy with my progress. The staff is not only extremely professional and competent but at the same time very motivational. I have worked with multiple Physical Therapists from the location and although it is recommended to stay with the same person I didn’t mind working with multiple people because everyone is extremely competent and are able to adjust to me. Coming here actually makes me look toward Physical Therapy.

This is the place to go for physical therapy. I have gone there for about three weeks now and I can feel the difference.
They have a well-​equipped facility which is willing to help and seem to actually care. This is a rare find and I am blessed I was refereed to this place. It seems that all the tips I get from my instructors just make everything easier and better for me time and time again. The staff members are true professionals in every sense of the word. They just seem to CARE.
