Anytime Auto Group

After finding one of their listings on autotrader, I checked multiple sources for reviews ( Unilocal, Google, dealerrater, etc). I really couldn’t tell which reviews were real and which were fabricated, so I gave them a shot.
Let me start by saying that Stan and Andrew seem nice and professional enough with strong communication skills. I called ahead of time about a car they have on the lot, confirmed the price, confirm it ran and was even told he just drive it from an auction in anaheim (was also told they don’t inspect their cars with a mechanic past the point of «does it drive,» and certain safety points).
I got there, the battery was dead (didn’t bother charging it, even though they were expecting my arrival). At that point I questioned if he lied about even driving it from anaheim. Anyway, after inspecting the car, the cloth top was stained and torn, the wheel walls were cracked and needed to be replaced, the engine had a ticking sound when they finally got it to turn over, and every single plastic part of the body was cracked. Mind you, it was advertised as being in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical shape. Stan immediately then tried to sell me something twice the price and push financing options.
They are deceitful, manipulative and know nothing about the cars they sell. If you buy a car from them and have a problem with it, don’t blame them; know that they never bothered having it inspected and sold it without knowing of any mechanical problems.

I bought a 2006 Mercedes from this place a while back. It is the biggest pile of crap in the history of mankind. All the cars on the lot are auction cars. They are other peoples broke down junk that they don’t want. They end up at a trade in dealer auction and then they end up at anytime auto. I was told I had a 30 day warranty that they DID not honor. I spent over 16,000 $ In repairs and Anytime auto did nothing to help me. This place sells garbage cars to unsuspecting car buyers. Do not believe the positive Unilocal reviews. They are not from legitimate customers, they are friends of there’s leaving false positive reviews. Buy a car from a respected car dealership. Anytime auto will take your money, and once they have it they will do nothing to help you. All there cars are complete junk.

I bought a Ford Mustang from these guys back in June of 2014. The guys were very helpful and friendly so I’ll give them that. There was some problem where the car I had bought had two different VIN numbers on it and they helped to resolve that issue quickly.
However the car turned out to be a total piece of junk! I had to replace the rack and pinion within 2 months of having the car, the motor mounts shortly thereafter, the car developed a transmission leak within a couple months of purchase, and later I had to replace the oil pan as well as fix a brake fluid and power steering fluid leak. I also had to replace one of the wheel bearings and there were other repairs needed also as well. The list goes on and on!
If you plan on buying a car here, check it out thoroughly or you may get a lemon. Thankfully I purchased another car elsewhere and ditched the piece of junk I bought from Anytime Auto.

I have bad credit, and thought getting a car would be a huge issue, I found this dealership and applied to get a loan, i was hopeless and thought I would never get approved, but I got approved! Pretty much a lemon that I baught about 5 month ago… Car needs a new engine. And as I was told by my own mechanic that this was an issue when I baught the car… Not sure but these guys may be crooks… Watch out anyways!!!

My wife and I had tried over a dozen different used cars lots, from small operations to large dealerships. Stan and the guys at Anytime treated us with more respect and professionalism than anywhere else we had been. We found the car we wanted and got it for the price we wanted to pay. I can easily recommend shopping here when you are looking for a good used car and want to be treated well.

These guys are legit. I gave them the run around and they still helped me. Although my credit is not great, these guys got me approved, and got me into the car in less than an hour and a half. Super nice cars great prices. I got into a very nice infinity, Great payments. Stan and Andrew are the best, they did the whole process in front of me with no hassles. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for used car.

Bought a car from Anytime Auto a few weeks ago. They really helped me out with financing and getting me the car I want. Was a pleasure dealing with them. Last week my check engine light went on. I called them, told them about the issue and they sent me to their mechanic. Car was inspected, fixed and paid for by them. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Really felt like they treated me well.
Not sure what other reviews on here are about. I dealt with Stan and he took care of me like I was his own family. Seems like those reviews might be by jealous competitors. Highly recommend checking them out and giving them a shot.

An excellent place to buy a used car. What a pleasure it was working with Andrew. Very easy to deal with and very honest. Really broke everything down for me and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase.

I have never had such a horrible experience buying a car. they neglected to have plates on my car. I called and called to find out why my car had no plates. NO ONE knew why. they promised they would handle it. this went on for 3 months with no updates from them at all. I had to keep calling, finally Spoke to some one who told me I had to go to DMV myself. very disappointed how this was handled not a way to treat

Would highly recommend seeing these guys first if you’re in the market to buy used car. They work with any kind of credit and can get you approved right on the spot.

Great group of guys. Very nice and knowledgable. Really made the whole process very easy. Let me take the car to my mechanic. Had it inspected. My mechanic found two small issues that they fixed before selling me the car. Couldn’t be happier. I’ve done my research on pricing and they are very fair. A great overall experience.
I’ve also read the reviews some people left here. Obviously when buying a used car things can go wrong. This is why they let you take the car to a mechanic prior to buying it. I would reccomend everyone do that before buying the car. They are very honest here and tell you how it is. Best car buying experience I’ve had so far. Would highly reccomend them.

don’t worry, bring car back in 30 days if any issues. I do expect car issues with 138,000 miles. I get it. but to get a run around by 3 separate individuals that say one thing and then another. where not mechanics blah blah blah no ownership. my son’s first car of $ 3000 down payment, hard earned cash and a mazada protégé 2005. A good car. boy where we taken for granted. used car dealerships are exactly that USED up owners, sales people that can’t work for hard honest dealership!
RUN!!! and buy a used car from a reputable dealership. it will SAVE you money within your first 3 months. I was reluctant until I talk to somebody that was buying a car from a man that had bought a few cars with no issues (maybe that was a setup, lol) my son really wanted this car. Should have gone to a dealership like my wife and bought aused Honda lesson learned. High miles = puchase Honda!
Bring the car home there’s no horn they said tough luck, air conditioned issues, & don’t know how you can lie about a Carfax but evidently the car was in a accident, (probably have two different types of copies the true Carfax and then their version of a CARFAX) should I go to small claims court and sue possibly, two and a half months later, timing belt out independent motor, $ 3000 dollars later and $ 300 a month later for a radiator. now the head gasket is leaking causing over heating and what will that cost, and I’m still making payments on a $ 3000 loan!!!

I’m now in $ 6300 plus $ 110 car payment because we went to a dealership and bought my son a Honda Accord 2008 should have done this in the first place and trust these crooks and I take ownership because I’m the one that signed on the dotted line. so if you pay $ 10 grand for a car just expect to paid $ 10,000 repair from these guys because they’re not honest, will look you in the face shake your hand, take your money, knowing that they are selling you a pile of crap!

probably will go to small claims court or not. Maybe go to an auction and try to sell the car for parts and try to recoupe some of the $ 6300 dollars + the loan and again, see if I can get some money back because I’ve lost the bottom end here buyers.
I tell you this interested buyers just so you don’t make the big foolish mistake I did and buy a car from anytime Auto unless you have disposable income go for it

I bought my baby Prius from this place over a year ago and still did not have any problem.
Guys helped me a lot with financing. My credit was very bad and I did not have co signer or prove of income but they still figured something out! They were very friendly and patient with me, even that it took me forever to decide what car I want and I was bothering them for about a month))
They still check up on me from time to time, just to make sure everything is ok with my car

I bought an Audi Q7 that ended up being a lemon. I have already put in $ 5,000 in repairs and still more to come. I called several times simply asking for advice as to where to take the car and always told they will look into it. When I called back to follow up they were very cold to me as if they had already sold me a car and didn’t care. They were the ones who offered to help getting me a part that was missing and then never did anything.
This is a perfect case for the lemon car law and I will be pursuing legal action against Anytime Auto.

This is the new review since my car’s transmission went out. These people are liars and cheats and they want to sell you a car they have no idea about. I tried contacting them and no one picks up the phone or answers my messages. You have a better chance of finding a car on Craigslist or from a private seller. They are scumbags just looking for the next person to prey on. My 2007 Mustang had to have the entire transmission rebuilt for the tune of 4000. There’s no excuse for that. No excuse at all. Go to CarMax where there is a nice warranty to cover your ass when things like this happen.
I was in the market for a newer mustang. I had been to a lot of other smaller dealerships and found that they were, sneaky, dirty, lying salesmen. I was about to give up and go to a big dealership and pay a big dealership price when I found a 2007 convertible mustang at anytime auto group. I called and they answered all my questions. I went three separate times to test drive this car and check under the hood. They provided me the car fax and even let my mechanic take a look at it. The car was under Kelly Blue Book value by $ 400. I was surprised at the professionalism they had compared to other smaller dealerships. They take care of the cars, washing them daily and I could tell that my mustang was a fair deal. I ended up purchasing it after my third test drive. So far in the few weeks that Ive had it, it has been great.
