Nicest office staff you will ever meet and they are more than competent (you don’t always find nice and smart paired together but Dr. Cajulis hit the jackpot with her staff!)
Everything about this business is exemplary! The front desk service, the comfortable waiting room, the cleanliness of the exam rooms, the attention to detail by the Doctors, hygienists and assistants, you can tell that a lot of effort goes into making each patient feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for.
Friendly Notes:
–Check with your insurance before making an appointment, Dr. Cajulis is considered a premier dentist and some dental insurers charge more for her services than for her associate, Dr. Korshad (who is wonderful).
–Consider parking on the street if you want to avoid the pricey parking garage
–If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, make them known to someone in the office. Give them a call before you arrive if you have to! They will make the time to give/​get you an answer. They really do care.

Olivia and her crew are top notch. She has been my dentist for over 15yrs. As biased as that may be, the whole team is professional, courteous, and understanding. They are patient with me as I am always asking questions about their techniques and tools. I’m always in the chair on-​time. They follow up and give reminders. Great team.

Dr. Cajulis has been my dentist for over ten years in a state-​of-​the-​art clinic, and I trust her completely. Over the years, she treated me for cavities, teeth implants, teeth whitening, and other routine dental work to maintain the health of my teeth. She referred me to an orthodontist for braces and to an oral surgeon for gum implants to stabilize my teeth maintaining contact with those professionals regarding work progress and treatment success. Her office is spotlessly clean; and the dental hygienists and other technicians are competent, well trained and experienced, making the experiences as comfortable as possible. The office staff are competent, helpful, and supportive, and make the business end of the experience uncomplicated and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cajulis and her staff and will be loyal to and continue my association with them as long as I’m in the Los Angeles area.

I don’t think anyone really likes to go to the dentist but when you find a dental office that you love, then it’s not that bad!!! Love the hygienist Bahar, she is great!!!

I’ve been to so many dentists around the world and have to say this is my favorite dental office ever!

I had a few filings done and they gave me headphones and glasses so I could lay back and relax, it was very comfortable.

Went hear to get a cleaning and a long over due check up and I saw Dr. Daniel Korshad he was just super nice and the best dentist I had by far even better than my childhood dentist I had almost my whole life. Then I got a cleaning from Bahar who was amazing at her job I have really sensitive gums and after cleaning nothing bother them. Then there was the dental hygienist Alex and she was just really comforting and explained the whole process to me and just whatever questions I had. Then there was Charmaine who wiggles your ear to distract you from getting a shot in your gums. The whole office is just amazing! And I will recommend them for all my friends and family

I would rate Dr. Cajulis and her staff zero star if I could. I regret choosing her based on her reviews on Unilocal.My worst experience at a dentist office ever! Painful teeth cleaning by hygienist. They were very aggressive, pushy to do procedures like dental fillings, dental implant for my missing tooth, deep cleaning, so many x-​rays more than my previous x-​rays to name a few. They even scheduled me for those procedures that I didn’t want. My husband has a ppo insurance. Whenever he comes to the dentist, he doesn’t need to pay. To his surprise, Dr. Cajulis’ office sent him a $ 50 bill. They even called us more than 10 times to remind us our future appointments were almost near. No, thanks. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend her to my family and friends. Very disappointing. She’s definitely money hungry. Poor customer service. On our way out, the front desk told my husband he needs to pay more than $ 250. When my husband said he has a ppo insurance and he doesn’t pay at his previous dentists, she double check and guess what? It was a mistake. Wow!

I am a fearful dental patient, and was apprehensive about trying a new dentist. Dr Cajulis and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were wonderful, the cleaning was great, and I can honestly say I am looking forward to returning for a follow up in a few months. Thank you Dr. Cajulis and staff!!!

What an excellent dentist and staff Dr. Olivia S. Cajulis has. My dentist I had been using for 15 years had retired and I had no dentist. A crown fell out of my mouth and this dental office took me right away. They did an excellent and thorough job resetting a new crown. All the staff is really friendly and I like them very much and would love to make them my new dentist but I can’t afford their prices. I am a widow, retired and living on limited funds and prices here are expensive. After my dental insurance paid 80 percent for this crown, I paid my 20 percent which came to $ 405 If money is not a problem, this is the dental office for you.

Kind, compassionate, competent and just the greatest Dentist EVER! I love Dr. Cajulis and her staff is amazing, they’re lovely and very professional but above all they are kind and considerate. I went because my dentist (of 8 years) was closed for the holiday but after ONE visit I“ve switched over permanently. Dr. Cajulis is amazing. I wish I could give ten stars.

I was lucky to be treated by this excellent doctor at the Care Harbor free healthcare clinic. The fact that she volunteered for that shows her heart is in the right place. Her skills are seriously top-​notch. She put in a long day and yet was good natured, kind and compassionate. Can you imagine feeling relaxed in a dentist’s chair? It’s so easy to trust her, if I had the budget and, insurance, I’d happily entrust her with all my dental care. Her work has improved the quality of my life and I highly recommend her.

Front Desk: Initially, made an appointment with «Alex»; who was amazing on the phone, tried her very best to work around my schedule, beautiful in person, extremely polite and professional.
Insurance Coordinator: «Diane» made sure I was fully aware of insurance process, got in touch with the insurance, and kept me in the loop via email.
RDA: «Charmaine» not only took +20 some x-ray’s of my mouth, but also individual pictures of all my teeth. She was very patient and always smiling.
Hygienist: «Bahar» gave me a full tuition on dental hygiene, and did an immaculate job of removing all my stains.
DDS: initially Dr. Khorshad saw me, explaining each and every one of my problems with x-ray’s and actual pictures provided! Dr. Cajulis on the other hand, treated me on a different day while I was relaxing to the music of my choice during the treatment.
Overall; Very clean, patient and professional, with detailed explanations.

Dr. Cajulis herself is so caring and understanding of any fears her patients have. I came in for a check up and learned I needed a cavity filled. I was honestly really scared (never had one before) and she was very caring and prescribed me something to help calm my nerves. The actual procedure was quick and almost painless.

Dr. Cajulis is the Cah-​oolist! She really does care for her patients and our teeth! Friendly staff, great chair-​side manner, excellent hygienists. Quite frankly the best dental office I’ve been to in LA. The bar for that may originally have been quite low, it is super high now. You’re not going to find a more caring and more vested dentist than Dr. Cajulis.

Office staff is very nice. I love how they pre-​authorize your procedures so there’s no hidden fees later. Dr Cajulis is very nice and gentle. I’m very pleased with my care at this office.

I really miss this practice: their kindness, compassion, professionalism, honesty and efficiency. I have since had a poor experience with another dentist. As a patient of Dr. Cajulis, I was treated with such care, and respect. When they found out that my husband passed away, they even sent me a card expressing their condolences, even though I was no longer a patient. My husband loved being a patient of this practice.

Dr. Cajulis and her staff are great. Everyone in the front office is friendly and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Diane and Donna make everything a breeze as far as treatment plans, billing and appointments. Always helpful in answering any of my questions.
Dr. Cajulis is great with patients and seems to really care about your comfort and most importantly your teeth! Her assistants are knowledgeable and equally as friendly. Funny too! Regular cleanings are painless, thorough and quick.

Diane, the receptionist that I spoke with was extremely nice and courteous. She even offered to call my insurance provider to see what benefits I have before coming in.
Once I came in, Diane got me the paperwork that I needed sine it’s my first time here. She was a nice in person as she was over the phone she even shock my hand and welcomed me to their facility. Don’t see that very often.
I got a cleaning, x-​rays and my gums measured. I’ve slacked off and haven’t been to the dentist in over 2 years so it was all needed. What I like is that before they even did the x-​rays, they checked with my insurance to make sure it was all covered. Thanks.
As for the cleaning… AMAZING would be an understatement. Bajara (I’m sure I spelled that wrong) took her time to ensure I got a great clean. But before she got started she measured my gums to see how healthy they were and she photographed so teach that see was concerned with so I could see what she was talking about.
The facility is sooooooo state-​of-​the-​art. I’m really impressed. The Dr. Cohen, great bedside manner. Detailed and very informative.
