They offered a Groupon for two deluxe mani-pedi’s for $ 40. I bought it on June 17, and it doesn’t expire until October 31. I called today and they refused to honor the Groupon and told me to call Groupon and get my money back. The Groupon is still up on the site, you can see it for yourself. The option I purchased is now sold out. They are dishonest, and I wouldn’t go there now even if it was free.

The Worst place that I ever walk in.
So slow. You can schedule appointment, but you will be seeing 30−40min after. This is my second time here. After first appointment, I wanted to give another chance but this place is the worst. Owner will scream at you only because you ask when will someone help me?!

Appointment was not honored at the time it was set today and there was poor customer service when I informed them I had an appointment, had paid the meter and was not willing to come back later. They were short staffed but it would have been more understandable and palatable if:
–there was a statement of courtesy to say oh, for our tardiness don’t worry about the meter, we have a parking lot.
–staff asked another patron to be seated when I was waiting prior and then pointed to my seat when there could have been a discussion of here’s your seat, we apologize for the delay
–the staff was friendly
In addition, the place wasn’t clean but my nail tech did my nails well though rushed. DO NOT GET THIS GROUPON – the deluxe nail mani and pedi was hard to differentiate and all staff does not know the groupon option. Poor management at this facility.

The most terrible customer service from the moment I called to ask for directions. When I entered the store at 11:30 am, I was the only customer in the store. I asked if they still were running promotions because j had previously purchased the groupon this morning. They informed me that they were but they were extremely busy and because I didn’t have an appointment I couldn’t be seen. So being the understanding individual that I am, I asked if I could make an appointment and come back. They conferred with one another in another language and then retreated their most recent statement and encouraged me to go ahead and pick a color. I wanted mood nail polish, I asked to have the section pointed out to me, I was told it was the third row. Mind your there were 3 columns with atleast 10 rows each full of nail polishes. Simultaneously, they kept asking, «Are you ready?». So I responded, «In a moment, do you all have a public restroom?»
The two women responded, in the back to your right, (at this point I am facing them while they are preparing the seat for my pedicure). And another, «Are you ready?»
So I replied, «ma’am I’m not liking your customer service and the fact that you are rushing me. Is this service going to continue to be rushed and full of rude remarks?» One replied, «Are you ready?» The other, «we’re trying to hurry up and fit you in» so I replied, you know what I’m gonna cancel my groupon. I won’t be needing your services especially if it’s gonna be a rushed job. Do you all have a business card?” They responded no, and I left really upset. Communication is key, I asked to make an appointment, they assured me they could complete the service but they had begun rushing before I could even take my seat. No thank you, I won’t be supporting this business at all. Customer Service means everything to me.

I was very skeptical to buy a groupon after reading the bad reviews. But what other reviewers mentioned is exact true. They are very rude. I got acrylic nails with deluxe pedicure package on groupon. The lady who did my pedicure did it in like 10 to 15 mins. The guy who did my acrylics did an ok job but overall it’s the worst experience ever.

VIVIAN! She’s the best. I have had really BAD acrylic fills from another tech but if you stick to Vivian, you’re good.

I love this place it’s been super consistent even months later! Second time here and I am seated right as I walk in the door. The lady did an amazing job on my pedicure… She took her time. Less painful this time and way more relaxing. John did an amazing job on my nails again! He’s super chill and pays close attention to detail and makes you comfortable to ask for this or that which is important to me. I also felt a little sick from all the acrylic fumes and he grabbed me a fan right away and kept making sure I was okay. I don’t understand why anyone would give this place 1 or 2 stars.

i had to get my eyebrow done. the Vietnamese girl was unfriendly. she didn’t even do good job… they charged us $ 12 each… my eyebrow was no good… BAD!

Terrible place to go! The customer service is terrible, the staff is rude no matter how nice you are. They will talk about u while ur there and give u dirty looks.
I could look past this if I didn’t get in infection on my big toe!!! From all the reviews I’ve seen this is not the first time this has happened either.
Never again, there’s a reason u there so cheap, I would rather pay more to have a better experience and not an infected toe!

My nails do look good (gel mani/​pedi) but I went there expecting a «deluxe» pedicure from a groupon I bought and all they did was put lotion on my legs and paint my toes! Like I could have done that. Aside from that, they do nails well.

This place does not deserve any stars. I bought a voucher on Groupon (full set + pedi) First of all, I had to wait about 15 minutes with my feet in the water while two workers sat down and talked, instead of getting to work on my toes. The lady doing my acrylics was in a hurry and when I couldn’t decide on what college to paint them, she says «can you hurry up». I immediately got up and left with no polish, not even a clear coat. Worst customer service ever.

We arrived at our appointment time I then had to wait 20 min soaking my feet, basically the water turned cold before anyone started working on my nails. Bad customer service pedi lady … Not even a hello, hi, how are u … Nope straight to business without a word. Acrylic set turned out just ok charged me $ 5 for my cuticles AFTER The acrylics were already done … Ummm don’t think that’s right. Makes them look like I had them on for a week .Not planning on going back there.

I purchased the groupon online and I was very pleased. I was scared to try the place out because I saw on Unilocal that they had a couple of recent bad reviews. But I got such a great deal on groupon that I figured I had to try the place. The guy who did my acrylics was a bit rough, but the other guy who did my pedicure was amazing. Overall, I am pleased with their service and my acrylics and pedicure have lasted so far.

Horrible customer service!!! My SPA PEDICURE was done in 10 min and they are very mean toward customers… Nightmare. Very surprise they are in Sherman Oaks.

I was extremely impressed with the outcome! My acrylics are not too thick and super even! The décor is not super elegant but the overall impression is good for the price (groupon). The people care about your nails here!

I wanted to buy a groupon for mani and pedi. So I called the salon if I need to have an appointment. A female answered phone and inquired from me if I bought it already, once I said no she says it’s not available anymore we are not accepting them!!! What the heck
Groupon clearly states that it’s available for purchase.
Not going to bring any customers with that attitude!

This place is a scam, I bought a groupon and have been trying to get an appointment for awhile but they keep saying they’re booked, today I called and I asked to
Come in for a mani-​pedi and they told me to come in right now, before our conversation ended I decided to tell them I had a groupon and they automatically became booked and have no room for me. I plan on getting my money back on Monday when groupons customer service is open. Don’t advertise on groupon if you’re not going to provide the services!!!

Ok, so I’ve been coming here for months now! They always remember grandma Dawson and treat us great. They know they have to speak up so my grandma can hear them and they always ask how the pressure is on the massage. She loves coming here.
I’m happy to have found a place that treats us great as well as does an excellent job. A bit pricey but that’s ok since the work done is flawless. They have an excellent selection of OPI and ESSIE. As well as tons of gel options. When I was getting acrylics this was the only place I completely LOVED.
I’ve tried other local nail salons and none compare to the work, cleanliness and comfort of this place.
