Champion Pools have been great, having been through a few pool men and deciding to take care of the pool maintenance myself (not a good idea if you are limited on time) I stared to have a major green algae problem. Sebastian came out to the house and was great, he got the problem under control in no time. The customer service I get from Vanessa in the office is excellent, she even texts me if there is a problem which I love. Thanks guys, highly recommend.

In what seems like a major drought of reliable pool service people in Los Angeles, Champion provides welcome relief! Professional to boot, they made my life easy from day 1 of contact. I reached out over email, and was responded to promptly and professionally.
It was very easy to schedule a visit to my house to review the pool, and I was instantly amazed by the lovely Vanessa’s expertise. Not shy to roll her sleeves up and do a thorough inspection, she shared valuable tips and an excellent pool plan, and might I add perfectly within my budget. I mean really — they had me at hello!
Pick these guys if you want to say goodbye to incompetent and unprofessional pool help!

They took my pool from green to clean!!! I tried someone else from Unilocal for less… I always bargain hunt… but the old adage…“you get what you pay for”, well that holds true. After four weeks speaking to the previous poolman… the pool never got better??? Sabastian… and Eric, from Champion Pools, took over. and my pool is where it should be… Clean swimmable… and would dare to say drinkable…(Salt Water Pool) They are also honest… and after a query of how is my pool equipment…(Just got everything).They said the pool equipment was just fine… I would highly recommend them… Honest, Reliable, Dependable, and Helpful.

After several pool services that were both unfriendly and provided mediocre service, we arrived at Champion via a referral from friends. Champion Pool Service was friendly to the family (and the dog), provided markedly superior quality, and left us able to host more people every week without fear of a dirty pool. Strongly recommended.

Didn’t show for a week, when I asked for credit for the no show, owner said, fine, take it off. Then proceeded to charge me an additional $ 25 for the following month. Other no-​shows, and when we called, they said they had been there when they clearly had not. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I discontinued my service with them. I don’t deal with people like this. Wish I had seen the other Unilocal review.

After having to fire our last pool guy who did not speak enough English to understand «no, don’t wash the filter with the DE over our sewer» we were referred to Champion Pool Service… and never looked back!
Our pool is super clear and the guys are very friendly and polite.

Champion pools are doing service on my property for years now and my pool and spa are so clear that you want to drink the water. The are the most friendly and helpful pool service guys I’ve ever had.
After reading the negative review I have to say my pool is serviced only once a week and that is enough the way they do it.
GO CHAMPION POOLS! YOU GUYS ROCK :-)
