Our staff of experts bring over 155 years of automotive experience to bear on your vehicle, an average of 31 years per mechanic.

We currently service six decades of the world’s most prestigious motor cars dating back to early 50s models. We have the latest diagnostic equipment and tools to assist in repairing your Jaguar.

We have earned «Best of Sherman Oaks» award presented by the U.S. Commerce Association many times; been recognized by Consumer Business Review as «Jaguar Specialists of the Year»; and designated «Best Auto Mechanics in Town» by LA Magazine. We have consistently out-​performed our competition.

Just Jaguar is conveniently located just North of the 101 freeway Woodman exit in Sherman Oaks, California.

History

Established in 1982.

Owner, Graham Bloxham emigrated to this country in 1972 and owned and operated his first shop, British Body Craft and BBC Service, located on Yucca Avenue at Highland during the 1970s.

Deciding to move to the San Fernando Valley, he opened Just Jaguar in 1982 in a small two-​bay shop across from LA Valley College on Burbank Blvd. And, although his business grew, he did his best to keep it small.

After 15 years, he and Natalie moved to another shop just around the corner on Fulton Avenue. They discovered immediately that four bays were not the answer, however, they remained there for another five years.

In 2001, they moved to their current Woodman Avenue and Riverside Drive location where they stretched their business to easily fill ten bays.

Although there are many days when ten bays is just not big enough, they have both vowed this is their last move until retirement.

Owners work in the business, are life-​long jaguar lovers, and knew my car inside-​out (British-​born Graham described my model’s Achilles heel, and how to anticipate, then fix it – next Spring!) Security fences as I had not seen before in an auto shop to protect the vintage and newer Jags in their charge; very reasonable rates; communicative and «simpatico» mechanics. A great vibe in the business of competence, cooperation, and comaraderie, I drove 50 miles to come here, and will return.

Forget everyone else – there’s a reason why Just Jaguar has a reputation for being the best Jaguar shop in LA. The family owned business goes above and beyond to deliver top-​notch service. Attention to detail is impeccable. My hat goes off to Jason, who does everything in his power to make your experience a positive one, Walter, a fantastic service manager, and of course owners, Graham & Natalie.
Simply put, the team at Just Jaguar pays just as much attention to servicing your car as it does to building lasting relationships. While maybe not the cheapest game in town, they are competitive, and more importantly, worth every dollar. And if you wanted cheap, you should probably be driving a Kia anyways.
If you’re looking for a mechanic, try Just Jaguars and you won’t be disappointed.

I’m in California for a couple of months for work and bought myself a Jaguar XJS convertible to transport myself from A to B. To register the car I came across something new for a Dutch guy like me; the smog test. Unfortunately the car failed, so I brought it to a local garage specialized in Jaguars in Encino, after they did some work, I brought it for a smog test again… and it failed, again.
To solve this problem I decided to take the car to just jaguar, which was a bit further away but the previous owner of the car had nothing but good stories about these guys, so I decided it would probably be worth the trip. And it was.
The guys there gave me great advice, solving the problem, while they could have made a lot of money not giving that advice.
I’m taking this jaguar back to the Netherlands with me in a couple of weeks, but when I get back to LA and get another jaguar again, this is the only place I’ll have it serviced.

If you own a Jaguar and do not take it to these folks, than you are not getting close to the best service for your pride and joy. The entire staff at Just Jags lives, eats and breathes Jaguar and take pride in both the car and the work they do to it. Beyond the fact that they are truly wonderful people to work with, their prices are more than fair especially when compared with the dealers. I recently had a big job done by them which ended up costing me HALF of what the dealer quoted me. They deliver only quality work and are right «on spot» with their time estimates. They treat you like family and even when I’m going for the worst of reasons, I always look forward to seeing them. Walter, Graham, Natalie, Jason, Steve and the rest of the gang, thank you for making my life just a bit easier! You’ve got a customer for life!

They were the best at keeping our car running well (and doing so at a fair price) of ANYBODY we’ve ever had servicing our cars. I took my 01 XK8 in for it’s first service since buying it in May. What a great experience! The owner is so passionate about Jaguar and he loves talking about them as does his lovely wife. It was great to be there. Forget the fact that the bill only came to $ 117 which was much less than I expected. They couldn’t have been better and I couldn’t feel more confident of the service.

Coolant low light kept coming on. Brought it in, they refilled it for me, told me if it goes down again it maybe a leak and to bring it in the dealership since its still under warrenty. Great help and I sensed high integrity!

I needed a good, honest and reliable place to take my Jag for servicing. After reviewing Unilocal I decided to take it to Just Jag. I can’t say enough about the knowledge, professionalism and satisfaction I received. I bought my car from Galpin and took it there for servicing last year. I was told I needed a new gas cap well $ 600 dollars later the problem was not fixed, that’s when I knew they sell the car but are not able to analyze and fix it properly. In closing while I was picking my vehicle up after being serviced Galpin called Just Jag. If you want friendly, reliable, and honest service I recommend Just Jag.

I recently purchased a low-​mileage XJ-​S and started researching my options for what I knew would be the start of a long-​time, but hopefully infrequent, relationship with a competent and knowledgeable mechanic. Just Jaguar seemed like the obvious choice… knowing that a dealership probably had no one around anymore that knew the intricate workings of the V12, that was obviously out of the question.
Walter and the rest of the guys here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and worked on these cars when they were new. The first time I stopped in, Graham drove me home while reciting interesting tidbits about the car and things to watch for in the future. After a few more somewhat-​urgent repairs than I had originally anticipated for in my new baby, I had it back in just a few days with it driving like a new car.
After my second visit, and the third «are you SURE you don’t want us to take that out for you…» comment about my old-​school in-​console car phone and antennae, I had to chuckle to myself and give them the green-​light to pull it and all of it’s components out of the car. It wasn’t really bothering me that much, but I’m glad they did as I now have my console storage space back and the trunk looks brand-​new with the phone-​related boxes and cables gone from it, and carpets returned to their original positions; likewise they tidied up a few minor things with the car that weren’t quite to their standards.
These guys are pretty busy, so probably best to call ahead and see what their day looks like before you drop in.

I really like these guys. I took my car there once — they were timely/​gave me a ride to and from home [drop-​off/​pick-​up my own car] and fixed it perfectly. When I picked up (on time), the owner came out and told me a lot of history about my specific model and even pointed out some features I was unaware of. I had to go to a Jag dealer out of town afterwards for a convertible roof hydraulic leak and was so disappointed with the service by comparison. Why 4 stars? A car repair place is kind of like a lawyer to me… never quite sure whats the best/​most fair, but so far — this is definitely the place I want to go back to when I need to again. Timely, fair, service-​oriented & pleasant — and no barrages of upsells from sales when I got my needs assessment. Bonus!

I inherited my 2003 XJ8 from my dear dad who passed in 2006, so I knew the previous owner and that indeed I had a car that required regular maintenance. Yes I had a warranty and yes it did me little good, since the warranty ran out just before the major repairs came. Alas I was lucky to find Just Jaguar, Graham & Natalie and their service manager, Walter, who have cared well for me and my car for the past 4 years. They are fair and honest. Graham even came to my rescue when Fashion Square Car Wash locked my keys in the car and couldn’t open it… Graham drove up in his white service vehicle, ten minutes after I phoned in frustration, unlocked the car and waved a gallant farewell before I knew it. No dealership would ever do that… and AAA would have been ages… Needless to say, I am happy to refer them.

I have been taking my 2009 XF to them for almost two years. I don’t even consider going to Galpin. JJ does a great job, on time, and at very fair prices. They didn’t think I should be driving around with a Galpin Jaguar plate frame so they replaced it for me without charge. I mean… how can you beat this place? You can’t.

For almost 20 years and 4 Jaguars I have been a devoted customer of Graham & Natalie Bloxham. Through regular services to big jobs, they have taken care of my Jags and me and have even helped me replace one Jag with another great one. The service is impeccable, reliable and honest. Some days it can be very busy, so I don’t recommend bringing in the car for anything big without an appointment.
If you’re looking for THE place to service your Jag that feels like an old-​fashioned mom & pop shop with 21st century technical knowledge & expertise, Just Jaguar is where to go. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

I have been going to Just Jaguar for over 5 years with two different cars.
Their decades of experience for each technician, including the service manager and owner, set them apart as the premier experts on early classic Jags up to the very latest models with a fully stocked shop with all the tools and electronics needed.
Their service is upfront, honest, friendly, and delivered timely. Weekdays it can be a bit of a time crunch, make sure you call for an appointment or to find out how busy they are… recommended but not required.
I have referred others there with unsolvable problems and they left satisfied customers! Despite being 50+ miles away, I drive there for service, even if it means taking time off, because no one else will touch my cars.
