My daughter was running a fever. I called and they saw us within the hour. Did lab test on site instantly and The nice doctor treated her right away. Very organized, efficient and good care.

Dr Reiner is great! She has been with us since day 1 with my 10 month old and has a friendly demeanor. Office staff and nurses have always been kind also.

Love Dr. Abramyan! I couldn’t be more happier with him. He always listens to our concerns and gives great feedback. He takes his time with us and makes sure we understand everything, he always makes us feel at ease. He is very knowledgable.
I recommend him highly.
As for the front desk, they could be a little more friendly. Patty I believe is great.

have to wait a bit sometimes with appointment but Dr. Kim is amazing. Very nice and calm with my daughter and is very thorough with any questions I may have. Even some I didn’t think about.

We love this office and their doctors! Dr. Abramyan is great, he takes time to answer all of your questions and has been very nice and caring with our baby. I recommend him 100%!

Love this office From the moment walking in, everyone is treated special. The nurses in the front are very accommodating and helpful. The nurses on the floor are very helpful and kind. I can’t say enough about the doctors. The smartest and kindest around‼

One of the most efficient doctor’s office I have ever been to! considering how busy this practice is they always seem to getting everything done.
When my child is sick they can get me in on the same day and within the few hours, they have walk-​in appts for their patients in the morning, x-​ray and lab on site, and the parking is free woo!
The staff is always pleasant and understanding, especially the front desk!
The office is clean and very big, has the charm of a neighborhood doctor’s office and we’re always bumping into friends and neighbors.
Definitely sticking with this office for a very long time.

I hate having to rate a business 1 star, but this medical office has major issues, the head of the billing department is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with!
Covered California automatically enrolled our child into their plan, it took us a while to find out and dispute that with covered California, during the dispute period we had a baby wellness visit for our child, and she came into the room shouting that our insurance was still not valid, but it was, we asked for further verification and then she acknowledge that it was a mistake.
We promptly enrolled our baby into a nice private plan and even covered California has to retroactively enrolled our child I’m a plan that the pediatrician accepts.
We had previously shown proof of the new insurance, but the billing manager was pushy and threatened to file collection and did not bill retroactively our insurance.
In order to avoid credit report issues we ended up paying and losing over $ 1000 that covered California and the medical office never refunded.
The Billing manager told us bluntly that they don’t care about Unilocal and that her priority is merely financial.
We found a much better Pediatrician in Burbank and we are writing this review only to help others avoiding to end up in the same situation.

I brought my 4 month old for the first time. Check in process was painless! They have a billing department in the office where my insurance was checked right away (well, before I even came they check it too over the phone). We were called in right away.
Waited a bit for Dr. Kim. He is professional and sweet. Very gentle w/​my daughter.
He took time to discuss diet and other concerns that I had. Did not get a feeling he was in a hurry even though the office was packed.
Overall, very satisified.

Dr. Abramyan is so good with our kids and their staff can actually help you navigate the crazy world of insurance!

Absolutely the best. Walk-​in appointments weekday mornings, great & efficient staff, top doctors. Lab in office there so there’s less running around. Every time we’re there, we run into a family we know — feels like a small town office with 5* doctors & staff.

We’re so incredibly grateful to the staff at this amazing practice. We love Dr. Abramyan, and everyone else who works there really goes above and beyond in the care of our sweet son. There’s a separate waiting area for sick vs healthy, tons of exam rooms, a lab and x-​ray room on site, walk-​in hours on weekdays, easy parking, and the list goes on. Thank you to everyone from PAMG.

My daughter has severe asthma and we are moving to LA from the east coast. Everyone told me such good things about this practice so I gave them a call. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the front desk was very rude and didn’t understand why I would want to pick a pediatrician and have my daughter’s medical files sent before the move. Luckily, every other pediatrician’s office I called understood why I would want to talk to the pediatrician prior to our move and send the medical records in advance so I was able to get set up with another office.

Dr Kim is awesome! Everyone is great except for one of the nurses who is extremely rude to us and a lil rough with my daughter. If it wasn’t for the one rude/​attitude stricken nurse this place would have a 5star (–2 rude nurse). I wish I knew her name, but I genuinely avoid her at all cost. No place that treats children should ever have a employee like her

I’ve taken my son here since he was born and they have always given good care. Last Friday we had an appointment for 3:30pm and we saw the doctor at 5:05pm. The care is good, but the customer experience is not what it used to be.

Finally got PPO health insurance and found this place to take my kids. They are in a nice building. They two waiting sections (one for sick and one for not) which is how all doctors offices should be. When my daughter had lice they had us enter a separate door which lead us to a private waiting room. They are clean, not too long to wait at all and the doctor (ours is Angela Reiner) takes her time to answer all questions and refers us to the specialists right away.
All around AWESOME!
So grateful. Amen!

If you are lucky enough to get into PAMG you will feel like you have won the lottery. Amazing service from the moment you sign in. They are a family serving families. An above average group of human beings that genuinely care and ALL seem to love what they do. Dr. Abramyan is so kind and patient. Both of my children love and trust him.
Almost forgot one of my favorite things, the open door walk in policy. Between 8 – 9 am you can be seen without an appointment. Every parent knows how helpful this can be.

brought my lil one in at 6wks of age. She came down with pneumonia.

Dr. Abramyan is #1! I love him and trust him with my 2 daughters so much. He is so thorough and so patient. I never feel rushed at our appointments with him, he will spend as much time with you as you need, he always calls back promptly. He truly cares for his patients, sucha genuine guy! Dr. Reiner is also amazing, sucha kind and caring lady also very thorough and smart. Both of them are the whole package smart, caring, thorough, patient, and awesome! And the nurses and front desk people are all really nice to boot. I highly recommend these doctors.

My daughter was less than a year old when we started going there. She is now 9 and we love it there! All the doctors are very thorough. The wait time isn’t bad at all. Keep up the good work!
