Carlos put together the best salad! The veggies were fresh & I had grilled chicken, plus avocado & guacamole added to it! He made a smiley face in the middle with a tomato circle slice, two olives and a green pepper smile. Very fun touch! I tried another subway, but their veggies tasted like Windex. Not here! It’s clean and the vegetables taste good. I shall return!

I go to Subway a lot… and this particular Subway is my favorite one. It helps that I live a couple miles away but that’s neither here nor there. This is a great Subway. First of all the staff are very friendly. You actually believe them when they say, «Welcome to Subway». Food is always top notch. You can order via the app(which I have done on my way home from work) and it’s surprisingly easy. Lastly, the young folks who work here, Juan in particular, is/are very helpful.

I have been coming to this Subway location for over a decade because I work across the street. I have had many big orders, sometimes for over 50 people, and they always have gone out of their way to do a great job. The owner is very nice, and makes sure afterward that we are happy. I get lunch here for myself maybe a couple times a month, and some of the same employees have been there for a long time and always greet me with a friendly hello. I do not mind if English is someone’s second language, people need to treat each other with mutual respect, and I have always gotten that here! Keep up the great work! I am picking up several platters of food for an event tonight and I am sure we will be very satisfied!

I cannot believe this Subway passes a health inspection. This place is very unsanitary and there’s this one employee, an man with unwashed fingernails so long they slice through the plastic gloves he uses to prepare the sandwiches. To top it off, there are unimaginably filthy homeless who frequent this Subway and use everything, and the staff does not clean up after. Do not eat here.

I spent a few weeks house sitting in this neighborhood. Went here at least once a day. Best Subway crew I’ve found yet. The morning crew especially — Fabiola, Juan and I don’t remember the other gentleman’s name. They picked up on what I liked immediately and were always very quick and very friendly.

The employees look miserable… The quality is up to Subways standards but the service sucks! I would go somewhere else for your sandwich needs.

ATTENTIONOWNERSOFTHISLOCATION: HIRENEWEMPLOYEES! So I walk in and two of the employees, a guy and a girl are in the front flirting with each other not working and in my way when I wanted to grab my juice from the fridge. I get to the counter and Cindy is there making sandwiches that must have been for a to go order because no one else was there. Cindy didn’t greet me but yelled in the back«customer service»! So Maria comes out and was nice… made my sandwich. I paid and sat down. As I was eating a lady walks in… Cindy ignored her too but Julio with the mustache(he’s a teenager lol) greeted her and was nice to her. Then a man walked in. again Cindy looks up but doesn’t greet the customer. The place is run by teenage kids that seem to be high school drop outs and they also seem to prefer speaking Spanish to one another behind the counter. Clearly they weren’t speaking about work but other stuff in front of customers. Yelling, laughing loudly, etc. and then the music… hip hop Power 106 type music. Ok, ok. I get it. if’s a fast food joint that probably pays minimum wage but STILL… hire some different employees that better represent this Sherman Oaks Subway location. and another thing… I hadn’t eaten Subway in years but they DEFINITELY have changed the size of the meatballs and sandwich buns. they are half the size they used to be.

They forgot to ask me if I wanted mustard and mayo on my turkey sub and it was not until I was almost done that I realize my sandwich was dry. Sad day for me. The girl was nice though and the place was clean.

This Subway is solid for the consistency of their food and service. I highly recommend the Veggie Patty. Try it when you want a change of pace from Subway.

Fresh items, sandwiches were always good. Communicating is a problem, since no one seems to work there that speaks english as a first language. Parking above and below, great location.

I love this SUBWAY, they are very generous and nice and friendly. I hate the parking in this shopping center tho!

I order a veggie delight. It could not POSSIBLY be an easier sandwich to make. Somehow they ALWAYS mess it up here. There is NO chicken in a veggie delight. Not at this Subway, apparently. NO onions means NO onions, not extra onions. I don’t have all the ingredients memorized so when I say everything except for onions, I mean it. I don’t want to have to tell you 80 veggies step by step. I’ve been here at least 5 times and every time I leave wondering why I came back. The service is TERRIBLE. They do not listen to you. That’s kind of important when they’re making a Subway Sandwich. They make the sandwiches so terribly that it makes any other Subway look like Spago. They use Avocado that has clearly been sitting out, because it is all types of brown on it. Ugh.
